The negative is its very hard to find a balance to try to stay lean and keep up energy. I've never been able to blast calories to see what type of gains I could achieve in a bulk. I could take a more methodical approach I guess to find the balance but I haven't.
Im jealous of the genetic freaks I know that can eat McDonald's day in and day out yet still have coconut shoulders and a six pack. Those guys are few and far between though. Most guys who can do that usually have the genetics to be pro athletes. There are a lot of articles out there about what a freak Julius peppers is athletically and how he basically only eats Oreos, potatoe chips and eats only out of vending machines.
Not me. I gotta work for it. Always had to.
