Schwell, what was your take on androseries?
I'm 1.5 weeks from next test e cycle and was either gonna kick it with epistane or androhard... Dbol would be the best but I'm not a fan of it, so gonna keep my options to those 2...whatchya think?
Also, what happened to edwitt? He blow up finally, j/j...

A DHT pro would not make a good kick start at all. It doesn't add LBM which is the whole point of a kick start.

It would be good to use on cycle to keep dry tho.

what are you currently all on schwell? was there some superdrol in there somewhere? what did you think of the npp?
 
npp was insane for mass on a cut i gained 7lbs lol pure MUSCLE, well maybe a lb of water

im on epistane currently finishing out cycle
 
npp is a 19 nor- it is kind to the hair line


legs was good good good strength dumbell curls went up 10lbs(woot)

today is a burn day 2200 calories with about 45mins cardio the first 15 being sprints OMG
 
nandrolone is prob the safest steroid when it comes to the hairline. trust me, i know. or i wouldn't be running it. LOL

After some unexpected shedding with SD and had to stop the cycle early. That was even with a spiro/nizoral/AA combo so I have to watch it.

flat bench dumbell press

decline hammer strength 2 plates each side x8x8x8 superset each with abs

tried to do cardio but didnt want to be rushed/wasn't feeling it, i will start lifting every other day, and cardio will be on my off days for at least 30 minutes with HIIT being the first 15

soooo im adding in helios shortly- it is a proven spot reduction agent that is injected SUBq 40mcg clenbuterol/54.mg yohimbine- i will be injecting into lower back region

tomorrow is an off day with fasted cardio in teh morning

How are you running the helios? Do you need to ramp up like clen?

Excuse my ignorance here, but what exactly is this log about? I started following from the beginning but never saw what your cycle plans/ goals etc. were. If they are somewhere could you point them out? Thanks
 
Cycle was geared towards cutting while retaining all muscle mass- but it seems that even at 2200 cals a day i have gained 8 lbs and lost about 3 inches on my waist

im working alot- been selling cars for 5 days- sold a dodge ram so far, and got someone who is buying a sonota tomorrow as well as a toyota sequoia yuh so uh 3 units in my first week- legit

tomorrow is back at 545 am with deadlifts- should be interesting- o m g
 
well true- this dealership is not geared towards high dollar spenders- we are geared towards the massess, we do have some nice vehicles depending on your definition of nice- it aint no bently dealership we have a wide selection of vehicles to draw in the masses, and yes it was a snobby statement bish

deadlifts- several sets of 405 with a final set of 225x10 pausing and holding each rep
pullups with body weight 3 sets
underhand pulldowns with 100lbs

super setted each set with shoulders


the epi is really hardening me up- like granite status

I'm only 4 weeks into this "restart" protocol/2nd pct. I'm going to stay on clomid another month then see where my levels are a month later. My levels as of last week were 690... Just hoping my balls don't shrink in 2 months :lol:
