Notes: PreWO dosing: Meso, Test100, 10g Bc+eaa, 2 scoop Psyko intra....kept things moving along, in fact did more than what was just written here, but this is what I kept track off....GORGEOUS pump throughout legs...and had a good rhythm going with squats, which made me realize this is key for me to execute them properly...instead of worrying about rep tempo and such, but listening to the music and getting a rhythm going...sure I prolly look like I’m dancing to an extent.....but oh well. Nearly scraping the bottom of the tub of psyKO...that’s sad
