Notes: PreWO supps, meso, test100, BC+EAA....Intra, 2 scoops psyko...didn’t think it was possible to sweat more than what I had been, but accomplished that today, kept things moving right along & wound up with a pretty good workout...but worn out by the end of it. lingering DOMS in lower body from Tues legs workout.
Diet wise this week, slightly off...really started end of last week when my mom had mailed me an angel food cake for my birthday....then had a small dinner party on Monday night with friends, enchiladas & apple pie...so, kinda feeling a little softer than usual in the midsection....won’t help this weekend that we’re going camping, but whutch ya gonna do...

1 week review on Testalensis100: have noticed a few zits/blemishes appearing the past couple of days & most annoying is that a couple of them are/were in my nose...which is typical for me when using a T-booster for some odd reason. No real bumps in libido. Sweating more during workouts and have noticed some muscle hardening while workout out as well as some veins popping out in arms/delts. No jumps in strength just yet. Intraset recovery good, don’t think I’m taking much more than 15-30 secs between sets...

Not-so-Ninja Edit: Also noticed the past day or so, getting irritated faster/easier...

You should get some crazy pumps!

Craziest combo I tried for pumps I think would be (Mesomorph/CN/Nitrozine/Glycergrow/P-slin/+extra citrulline malate)= most crazy veins of my life lol

I find the CN/Glycergrow combo really bring some amazing pumps.
 
Nice log so far! Glad I found it! I'm about 4 days in to the testalensis myself. Haven't noticed much different yet but I've been running some form of test booster for the last 9 weeks. The acne is definitely starting to come out! LOL

Nice, well I got the GG in this morning, will report back on how it goes tomorrow on leg day...for starters will try 2 scoops PreWO...1 scoop Intra...to gage how that is, then try 3 scoops PreWO, 1 scoop Intra...you're Powercage on BB, yes?

Will come back in here later today to update today's chest/bi workout...after a weekend of camping, grilling & ovvvvereating...good stuff!!

**sad note of the day, only had 1 last scoop in the tub of pysKO today...cracked a tub open of Intrafuse though...which also has hydrol. whey...luecine...but none of the other goodies that psyKO has... sadpanda.jpg

Notes: Holy Pump Batman! Upper body was swollen by the time I was done...helping that, was that I was doing some DB rows in between the sets of benches...kept things going pretty fast n furious. Had great focus & intensity throughout. Was already dripping with sweat from the warmup sets.
As noted above, I am now out of Purple PsyKO, pulled out a bottle of Intrafuse from my stash to use up...Will be adding in some in some glycergrow starting tomorrow...AND I have some more meso along with some creatine nitrate caps headed this way. Time to split some skin open!

Notes on Purple PsyKO...I’ve been vocal the past couple of weeks regarding this. I think this is a great formula Controlled Labs has put together. The taste, the mixability, the intra-set and workout to workout recovery & has helped to get past certain sticking points in certain exercises this past month or so. I will definitely be picking some more of this up. Huge thanks again to Renegade & CL for allowing me try this out! :kiss:

ok, I'm easily persuaded... ;) I'll run it tomorrow at 3 scoops PreWO...then 1 scoop Intra....when you say 'lots of water'...you mean just in general thru-out the day...or while working out..? typically I drink 1 gallon a day...and however many oz's the APS shaker cup is for intraWO....

I had some sample packs of Green mag..and purple wraath I had experimented with taking those preWO...then psyKO intra...that only added to the effects...will have to pick a tub of each up and give that a go....

I like to drink about 1 liter pre-workout and 750ml during my workout when I take Gycergrow.

very motivating yes...although have to say, increasing the reps and feeling the target muscle contract (without feeling it in the joints) excites me more than adding more weight to the bar...a powerlifter, I'll never be ;)

1 scoop of Meso and 4 caps would be 2250mg of CN, the perfect amount pre-workout imo :bigok:
 
Took yesterday off, was feeling sore all over from Mon-Wed workouts...and probably should have taken today off as well....but wound up pushing through and was basically a full body workout w/o pushing too hard (although dripping sweat was there)....
I've been feeling 'off' the past couple of days, not sure if it's because I've been pushing so many weeks (~8 now) w/o a deload thrown in or what...but mostly mood has been down, tired most of the day...and have been feeling/looking bloated in the midsection, perhaps body is fighting something off? (I seem to have an elevated HR sitting here)...weighed this morning, 175, so up 2lbs from starting Test100 couple weeks ago. Might take tomorrow off (usually do some cardio/core/shoulders on sat)...and pull back some next weeks workouts....to see what that does...
 
Sounds like you might be coming down with something... but 8 weeks of hitting it that hard sounds like you could also use a deload. Our bodies can only take so much regardless of what we take to help out haha. Plus it always seems that you're more vulnerable for sickness while on cycle.

I'm pretty sure I was fighting off something viral or something...had that 'back of throat' pain when swallowing fri/sat..some yesterday, barely noticable today...didn't workout on sat (and had no desire/motivation to do so either), just rested...today, woke up feeling less tired, etc..and wanted to workout....switching workouts this week to Quantum Body method....

Giving this a run....ON’s Hyrdobuilder (30g protein, little carbs, added bcaa’s, 5g creatine) Vanilla Bean flavor, mixes up and goes down very smooth n tasty...
 
So this week overall was a deload week...yesterday did some cardio/core...man, didn't think I had veered too far from sticking with my diet plan this month..but my 'jiggliness' in my stomach/lower back tells me otherwise...<note to self: stop gettin jiggy with desserts>...but thinking back, it was my b-day month..and Easter..and several cook outs...etc...
Today had a solid Leg/trap day...will most likely do some kenpo/abs tomorrow...and crank the intensity back up on monday...also at which point will toss my review of Test100 up....and start my next log :11: :yup:
 
Sat/sun last 2 days

I actually took Sat off from any working out, thought it best as part as the overall deload week....also, made me realize come sunday that I really need to add some more stretching into my life, I always feel much better when I do...just hard to get up early, to only stretch...but, annnnyway...posting up final rev in a sec...
 
Final review- Test100

Huge thanks again to APS/JD for allowing me to run a bottle of Testalensis 100. I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s hard to give a final-final review of it, b/c as others have stated, it would really take at least 2 bottles to gage the overall effects. More so I feel because I really think by the start of week 3 rolling around it was in full effect for me. But that aside, within the first week, I felt libido going up, nothing crazy, but noticeable and actually unlike others experiences, I didn’t really notice any decline. Towards the end of week 1 and into week 2 aggression in the gym was going up as well as being annoyed/irritable faster. Also during this time, blemishes/zits were appearing along my hairline, some in my nostril (which for some odd reason is where I get a lot when using test boosters) and a couple on my neck and continued to show up until the last day. (Sunday 5-1).
I ran Mesomorph thru the duration of this log & added in creatine nitrate & glycergrow the last 2 weeks. Diet, I’d say overall I ate clean and anywhere from 300-600 above maintenance calories. I didn’t track every single calorie and the last 2 weeks loosened up a little bit further, so with that factored in, I didn’t see any leaning or recomp effects, but did start to have modest strength gains showing up in the beginning of week 3.

Starting weight: 173
Final Weight: 177
~4 lb weight gain, some of that IS fat, but majority is lbm.

As with all other APS supplements I’ve tried (Meso, CN) I would without a doubt recommend Testalensis 100 to others & I intend to run it again for 2 bottles back to back to see what effects (notably strength) might occur during bottle 2.
