SAVE on Alpha-T2, OxyElite Pro and ERASE Stack!

That was a crazy sale

I believe the best deal you'll find on that stack will be by adding the Erase/AT2 stack into your cart, and then adding OEP. Then use coupon code ERASEAT2 to save some $

hmm ok, why is it that erase on its own is in stock, and AT2 on its own is in stock, but the bundle of them together is "out of stock"?

question mate, thinking of doing that triple stack. I know those products act as a diuretic, but I've been on creatine for quite a while now and do not want to just see 3-4 kgs drop off fast knowing its all water. If I continue to take creatine would you expect me to lose much water retention on these products still?

Creatine does not necessarily cause water retention, the same as using Erase is not necessarily going to cause you to lose water weight - although, in both cases, it's highly likely. If you're drinking enough, then you're not going to lose 3-4kg of water weight just like that. As it is, if you lose water weight, so what? - it's not like it was muscle mass.

I know what you are saying, but I'd really like to be able to track my fat loss and ensure that my calorie deficit/diet/training is at an accurate level to be losing fat, without being misguided by water loss. I've been on quite a long bulk, sitting at around 96kg with probably around 20% bf. I'm not sure the length I want to go with this cut, maybe 5kgs, I do not want to lose tooooo much weight, but would certainly like to trim the stomach a bit.

You can see my dilemma if I was to cut for a month or two and lost 4kg of water and 1kg of fat, only to then put 4kg of water back on when I continue bulking.

I think it would balance eachother out.

And remember when tracking fat loss use the mirror AND the scale. The scale is great, but I always like the mirror better.

You can easily track your fat loss if you're having your body composition tested regularly. You'll know if you're losing bodyfat or water even if you're not having your body composition tested regularly, because it's a different feeling when it is gone, if you know what I mean (if you know your body well, you'll know what I mean).

I don't see a dilemma at all - you should be able to tell if the lean body mass is water/food or muscle mass, and if you're losing water/food, should not be an issue. Seems to me you're more concerned with your scale weight, which is and should be IRrelevant, IMO (unless you are an athlete trying to make weight for a competition).

As I said before, I think it's highly unlikely that you'll lose 4kg of water weight anyways - not unless you were terribly overweight or obese.

I've got calipers, but I find them incredibly difficult to use accurately, and the same way each time. Really not concentrating on the scales, but I see your point. I will try hard over the coming weeks and let you know how i go.

Cheers

Unless you really know what you're doing and are doing 6-8 skinfolds, then your caliper skinfolds are not going to be that accurate, IMO, although you CAN use the results as a measure to gauge your progress re up or down re body composition, but that is really all.

what other options are there? I've heard about the one under water, but I have no idea where you do that. I've also got one of those electric ones which I dont think are accurate.

You are correct - BIA scales and handheld devices are INaccurate (can be out by up to 10% bodyfat!) One of my clients gets her body composition done in a Bod Pod - it is an "air" version of underwater weighing; newer, but something to look into. Otherwise, you can just use what you're doing as a guide to see what kind of progress you are making - just don't take the measurement as your body composition (although you could possibly use it as an estimation of).

Those stacks are pretty amazing. I have a couple of friends on ALpha T 2 and loving the libido, strength and leaning.
