yup 4 weeks, it'll be my first run so I wanted to keep the dosage low, even if it is a milder substance.

Do you guys ship to Canada? any issues getting these products across the border?

Is there anything else (other than the basics) that you would consider adding to this PCT to make it more effective? I'll still have 2-3 weeks of cycle support left, so that will be going on as well.
