I will get my baseline draw on Monday the 24th after 3 weeks weeks on clomid (2 weeks at 25mg EOD, and 1 week at 12.5mg EOD)

I'll have to see where everything is at at that point.

Then based off the above I will either stay at 12.5mg EOD + letrone
Or go back up to 25mg EOD+letrone

My goal is to get test above 800 and keep e2 below 40.

I imagine this would take roughly an additional 3-4 weeks at the appropriate dosing (TBD). I imagine being on some dose combo of clomid and letrone for at least 3-4 weeks before beginning to taper the clomid and continuing the letrone.. So all in all, about 6-8 weeks.

Lots of advice giving here and experts. For thr new guys , Make sure you guys see some pics of their physique or their portfolio before you take any word for gospel . Do research beyond this board as well. Therr is great info here most of the time. Never trust a chubby trainer. Its like taking financial advice from a broke person. Clomid sucks and is outdated . There are more serms, ais and pct oriented compounds that have better benefits and less sides . I would also start arimistanr or any a.i you pick as soon as you start Clomid . Why even risk aromatizijg

Pictures of trainers is a very poor way to judge intelligence. Who cares what they look like?. That's ridiculous. Just to add to what your saying I will add the familiar saying, "Never judge a book by its cover.".

I agree. It's one thing to have knowledge and another to apply it. I knew how to cut fat and count calories for 5 years but I didn't and stayed in average shape. I applied my knowledge when k wanted to and it was like flipping a switch.. Just bc someone doesn't look the part, doesn't mean they can't assist someone else. It's all personal preference

I guess we shouldn't listen to layne when he's not sub 10, bc he doesn't look like he knows what he's talking about

Lol you beat me to it. Like I'm no Zyzz or Arnold(no where near them, probably closer to average) but the majority of people in Instagram that had great bodies I see deadlift honestly have ****ing **** ass form like really bad and not touting my own horn here but I've been complimented by personal trainers, random people and someone that actually competes in strongman competitions for great form and weight.

One of the most jacked guys at my gym is always trying to give advice and he is the dumbest "bro" in the house.

I cringe when I hear him talk to people, yet he's big and cut so the lay person thinks he's on point.

He tried to sell me muscle tech products once.....that was enough of that. Headphones back in and walk away lol

I don't so much want to see their pictures I want to see pictures of their clients what have they done with others because they themselves might just be genetic freaks

Right there are some huge strong guys, yet they have no clue what they are doing. It can go the other way too....Some of these guys act like they are doing you a favor when the give un-solicited advice too.

Please elaborate because saying "no need for this" has no basis behind it , he gave two hypothetical situations in which If he was sick or unable to be at a gym would it be okay to lower the dose . I addressed the situation of not being able to be at a gym specifically , which is no reason to lower receptor saturation and blood levels in your body on cycle when you can just as easily workout out with body exercises and a little ingenuity .

I was saying that there was no need to do body weight exercises. It was only a week off, which might even help his progress. Taking a week off here and there from training isn't going to be so detrimental that you have to do body weight exercises on your days off.

I couldn't tell you about c&p but OL osta is as legit as it gets. My strength is increasing substantially while in about a 1000 calorie deficit and I'm only on 15mg.
 
Ostarine has a very very strong anti-catabolic effect. I made a little experiment with no training and eating like a "normal" human for 20 days. And yes, that was planned and not a random action.
I ate 2-3x per day. Salad, white bread, sugar, and stuff which not-trainees are regularly eating. I didn't lost anything in these days and only lost strength for max. 10% (so, insted of benchpressing 100kg I started after 20 days again with 90kg, which is not that tragic. Went up again after eating normal and training normal again).

Was very impressed by this result, and that were "only" 10mg/ed Ostarine. I'm curious how GW-501516 can be compared. But maybe the next year haha. Don't want to spend 40 day of the year with experimenting and no training. Felt useless and nearly didn't knew what to do with my free time :D

Im impressed you ran the experiment at all, even though its extremely beneficial for research purposes.. however I could not eat 'normally' or not train for 20 days! Good work. :)

Thanks I appreciate that. Was not easy but I was wondering about a hard calorie deficit and a strong catabolic state.
The anti-catabolic factor is really strong, still impressed. And a little break is always good for the body.

That was high qualitiy Ostarine, like all my choosen products. If OL has also good quality grade the better for the clients ;) It seems, during the time I was in vacancies nearly 1/3 of AM are now OL reputants haha
By the way, yates84 do you have something new about the HPLC/MS paper?

Think you can help me out too lol? The store I go to try telling me they don't sell OL UK because of copy right infringement or something like that lol I just assumed they had no clue about OL UK.

Lol I just asked the guy why they didn't sell OL UK, once he made that comment I was just like "oh ok" lol. It would be awesome to see OL UK there.

As someone who's never used it, why do you like it so much? I hear great things about it, and I've seen logs. But I'm always interested when someone seems to be a huge fan of a compound I haven't tried, it makes me incredibly curious.

Excellent for libido, strength, size. Versatile, any goal you have you can use it for...Not as harsh other products in its category at all. You'll constantly be happy when your using it and in a great mood. This is/was my experience with it. Never got any sides at all either. It as close to a perfect ph/ds product as you can possibly get.

Of course you still have to use cycle support. Also if you are susceptible to estrogen sides you better be really careful with this one. There aren't many products that I praise here on AM, but this one stands out for me.

Well I appreciate you giving your two cents, for sure. I think I'll snag a bottle of DermaTrest for a 'trest base' for my December cycle. It sounds too good not to try. I hope you get can a bottle or two yourself, T-Bone! Yates said it won't be there for long, so I don't know how long that is exactly... But I'm not taking any chances, buying mine asap.
 
Trying not to derail this thread too much...

yates84 T-Bone - Have you guys used both Oral and TD? I believe yates has. I am not prone to estro sides but would the oral pwo route of Trest help to lessen estro sides if there were any? Say, taking it pwo on training days? Or is it just better to do a full TD run?

Can you guys compare/contrast the two for me?
