ryan, I'm just curious when you say you cant really gauge you strength right now is that an indication your strength has gone up substantially?

Well with the volume I am doing I'm in new territory. My muscular endurance is geared to explosive work, not high reps. So it's hard for me to say how far my strength has gone up. Although I can certainly tell that the weight is lighter, and I am probably creeping into the upper 500's on my bench.

I generally associate the feeling of heavy weights feeling light with strength increases but I now think in your case its a combination of your training protocol plus boladrol, although poops has also reported noticing some strength increase too, that makes me think its kicked in already for you.

Thats a very impressive bench press... it makes me envious,, and to think its going way up... :banghead:

Ya I do as well, thing is I am not in new territory strength wise, in fact I am much below in certain areas. I can't do some movements any longer such as squats and deads at heavy weight, so this keeps me from truly having new pr's while on any cycle. I did all of my training and competing natural, which always makes me wonder just how strong I could have been.

As far as boladrol, yes I think you are correct it is already kicking in. In fact later I will post ip some more on this.

Thanks B, you are right about being careful, bench is the only movement I have left out of the big three (squat, deads, bench). It wouldn't be good if I hurt myself going this heavy.:(
 
Weight this morning 312.5 so up .3 of a pound
No weights today, will be training shoulders and legs tomorrow

Some notes on Boladrol:
Well I have been regularly checking my blood pressure and have some interesting results.
My median average is 128/78, which is just fine well within normal. However, 30 minutes post Boladrol dosing it is usually around 135/83. Certain marked increase, which stays elevated in pre-hypertension area numbers for about 2 hours.

Not too worried about this for now. I will just continue to monitor my BP, but I do find it interesting how it is effecting me. This certainly does not mean that it will occur in all users, but it does indicate the possibility.

I would also like to point out that I am feeling very full all day now. I'm sure this has something to do with Boladrols effect on glycogen storage, and I would like to note that in the past SD, which had substantial results with glycogen, is the only other hormone I have ran with this quick and strong of an effect.
 
Oh and I'm sure I misuse the the whole affect/effect crap, I always get that stuff confused.:D

That's to be expected, probably even more so for the larger guys. I've had this issue a few times with PH/DS. Some Hawthorne Berry worked reasonably well. Although with my upcoming cycle, I'd probably like to throw something else for BP in there.

Funny you bring that up. I'm really anal about proper grammar and I often shy away from using either word and opt for something else in its place just to avoid the potential mistake lol. So, because of that, I actually was just reading an article discussing the differences and times to use each. Guess what? It was even more confusing lol.

With all that in mind, I'll still likely avoid using them as much as I can haha.

So I had a cheat meal yesterday (Mexican) and I weighed in this morning at 313. On Chlorothoxy I carried this weight and continued to gain, so we will see if that's the case in tomorrows weigh in.

Yesterdays training was shoulders, and a light leg routine:
Power snatch
60 kilos for 3
80 x 3
100 x 3
110 x 3
120 x 2 for two sets
upright rows
225 x 12 x 2 sets power set with shrugs 315 x 12
I then went with heavy lateral raises
80 x8
90 x8
100 x8
110 x6
finished with 2 sets of 20 with 110lbs on dumbbell shoulder press.
I then did a little leg work

Note:
Well, my strength is still going up. I think my power snatch is at 150kilos right now, not sure, but I feel pretty powerful right now. My explosiveness in the lift is definitely easier to summon. I have extremely fast recovery between sets as well as after workouts over the following days. (DOMS) Pump again is just absurd during training, and I am more vascular.

I am feeling lethargic however, with some headaches that seem to pop up out of nowhere, and then recede as quickly as they came. I am wanting to sleep for longer, and looking for naps in the afternoon. I also still have the acute situation with the blood pressure spike after dosing, however I am no longer worried about this.

The next two days I will be off from training, but I will continue to update my weight. I expect my blood results on Monday so stay tuned!
 
Hope Ryan doesnt live in San Francisco. This dude would be flipping cars over left and right after this world series.
 
So I just posted in poops log about water retention. I would say at this point Boladrol is definitely increasing estrogen levels. It had become unbearable last night, and my bp was getting out of control. So I decided to use ERASE as an on cycle AI, and it has worked great. As of this morning I feel fantastic, and my bp is under control.

I was thinking maybe Erase, like Ryan is using. But I'm open to suggestions. Oh yeah, I'm also gonna be using CEL's Cycle Assist.
 
very good numbers, sucks about some of the sides but I'm sure in time your find what works for you in order to combat these.

Ok so here are the blood results taken on the last day of chlorothoxy, pre-boladrol. The baselines were done about a month prior to the start of chlorothoxy. As far as ranges it varies slightly from what I understand, these are the ranges given on the returned results. As far as sides they look pretty good for chlorothoxy, certainly mild on the liver, I did have a good shot to my hdl, but all in all not too bad.

Holy **** talk about an intense workout. Couldn't believe how full I looked in the mirror.
On a side note I have noticed that it takes me longer to warm-up my cns, my power is just non-existent until I do a couple of sets. But as soon as I am warm, it is crazy how explosive I am, and how light the weight feels.

My appetite is way up, and I have added in a shake about an hour after my post workout meal. Protein intake right now is at 450 or higher, depending on the day.

Ya, over the years I have found what works for me. I know that's a lot, but I like adding my cals through protein first. Carbs right now are around 250, fat around 100

Weight is coming on FAST, I am at the one pound a day rate now. Training tomorrow, will have a full update then.

Update!
Today I trained back and bi's went a little something like this
Power cleans
70kilos x 3 reps

140 x 3

170 x 1 two sets at this weight
I could go up in this lift, but I made a promise to myself with the chronic injuries I have to not go above 400. I think next week I will just see how 180 kilos feels (396 pounds), but that is as far as I will go.

Wow another great workout. I'm loving Boladrol, I feel great, a little lethargic. Noticed today that testicular atrophy is taking place. SD, and m1t knocked me out within days, boladrol is giving similar gains if not better, without such severe sides. I will say though that for me boladrol is rough on my bp, I didn't have this issue with sd, or m1t.

Strength is coming on now real quick, and I am looking a lot bigger at this point. I weighed in at 315 today on an empty stomach, I had been weighing in after breakfast, so I am up some more.
 
Hey Ryansm how many pills a day of Erase do you take to combat the estrogen and blood pressure issues? Thanks
 
I took three the first day, now I am holding steady at two a day, it seems to be working.
 
Thanks poops, I use to be reckless with my body (training) and I am paying the price now. I have to keep myself in check these days.
