I am probably creeping into the upper 500's on my bench.
Well with the volume I am doing I'm in new territory. My muscular endurance is geared to explosive work, not high reps. So it's hard for me to say how far my strength has gone up. Although I can certainly tell that the weight is lighter, and I am probably creeping into the upper 500's on my bench.

I generally associate the feeling of heavy weights feeling light with strength increases but I now think in your case its a combination of your training protocol plus boladrol, although poops has also reported noticing some strength increase too, that makes me think its kicked in already for you.
Thats a very impressive bench press... it makes me envious,, and to think its going way up... :banghead:

That's to be expected, probably even more so for the larger guys. I've had this issue a few times with PH/DS. Some Hawthorne Berry worked reasonably well. Although with my upcoming cycle, I'd probably like to throw something else for BP in there.
I was thinking maybe Erase, like Ryan is using. But I'm open to suggestions. Oh yeah, I'm also gonna be using CEL's Cycle Assist.Yup. HB does help a little though as you pointed out, what else do you have in mind for controlling BP on your next cycle? :scratchchin:

Took today off
Weight is coming on FAST, I am at the one pound a day rate now. Training tomorrow, will have a full update then.
Thanks man, ya at my weight it's difficult to eat that much protein, so shakes come in handy. It adds up quick
