Russians ecdysterone Injectable log

You moving to London??? hit me up brother!

Cardiff, but we will be coming to london, when i visit we will have to meet up and train, would be awesome, if i get any good stuff i can send some to you in london.

Great news, we are moving to the uk very soon!!! we both got visas, and a house sorted, just need to find work now..we are so happy!!!
Congratulations bro. Good luck on finding work before you move out there. All countries' economies seem to be shaky right now. I'm afraid that America's bad financial troubles are having a ripple effect all across the globe. We are selfish and spoiled over here. It's just the facts.

Always a high demand for sheep shearers in Wales!

Its not too bad over here, well not as bad as the US, but you'l find something Ruski. Thing will get worse before they get better but i don't think the UK is gonig to be in as much trouble as the guys accross the pond. What do you do anyway?

Im a fitness model, but not as good as my brother, he does competitions and also wins most of them, my other brothers are builders and work in construction, i am qualified here as a fitness instructor, but i guess i will need a british qualification to do that in wales, lol i heard the sheep jokes.
I will try and get qualified, maybe do some plastering and tiling until i can get some new contacts and start modeling in uk, maybe i will try some competitions, but my physique needs more work.

BTW What do you do Aussie?
I work in the finance industry, hedge funds to be exact but im in the planning process of opening a restaurant here in London with a buddy of mine.........but thats a secret!!

Becoming a personal trainer in the UK is so easy its not funny, its too easy. I think you can even do a one day course and you'l be qualified. It explains a lot, maybe 1 in 10 PT's i see in my gym look like they've lifted a weight or played some sport. You will do fine in that respect im sure of it, and your English is great so nothing to worry about there.

My only hint is it will have a spanish theme....no more can be revealed! Hopefully it'l be ready by mid next year. It isn't the best time to be asking banks for money so we'l have to wait and see what happens......dont worry your meals on me when you come over!

I really enjoyed those videos of your brother Russian. He's very athletically gifted. But then again, your whole family seems to be. What a rich heritage you have. Didn't you say that your father and grandfather were both strongmen in the circus? Incredible for so many from one family to be that gifted. :clap2:

id pay good money to see you in a circus TG!!

Very easy, guys in the gym have them, but i never buy from them, only from one online company, except russian dbol, and anadrol, I can get those from the factory, straight up.
But poland is the best place, you can buy 500 methanabol, polish dbol in any chemist for about 26 dollars. A friend of mine travels over and buys a few and then sells them in the czech republic.
But to answer your question..very easy to get roids in russia, except provirion, and anavar.

WOW! thats crazy easy! thanks for the info bro!

Yeah he is very gifted, my family have a good blood line, a little swedish, even some cherokee indian, and russian, and i think thats why a good mix of blood, my grandfather was a pure 100 percent russian, but he was as wide as he was tall, his wife though was from canada, and she was 6,4 tall and she was a cherokee indian, my dads wife..my mum is swedish and quite tall, slim, and blonde, wheras my dad is tall, dark and quite muscular, he is still very strong in his 60's, and was undefeated in a circus act of arm wrestling, so i guess the mix came through in my brothers, and a little bit in me.
My brother is a much better gymnast than me though, he is more compact.
Yeah like aussie said, id love to see you in a circus TG, i can see you in those leopard skin loin cloths.

That's one nasty battle there M8. Deads at the end of a workout are quite challenging, and that drop set is ridiculous. I got lactic acid build up just converting your numbers there.

Thanks bro, that was so kind of you, have you a converter or are you mathematicaly gifted?
Whatever the answer you deserve reps, i shall give you some as soon as im allowed.
So are thos weights ok for my weight, the deads are pretty weak i know, ive seen TG and a few others similar workouts and my numbers look poor to me, but im quite slim build.
I really appreciate what you did bro, if i can pay you back anytime, or help you out ever, let me know i owe you a few.

Based on your 396lbs x 8 on the Deadlifts, your estimated 1 RM would be = 507lbs or 230kg

180 kilos is 396 right? either way great job russian. Those weighted pull ups are very impressive!

Whoops. V, I think you multiplied by 2.5 instead of 2.2?
Correct-a-mundo, mi hermano!! 1 kilo is 2.2 pounds. 200 kilos is 440 lbs. It's easy to convert. I've watched so much World's Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting, and International Powerlifting that it's easy for me.

Hey. It can happen to anyone. We all know that you're one of the smartest cookies in the jar!! :icon_lol:

It's all good, dawg! It's still very much appreciated! :clap2:

Makes it easier to make sense of it for us awkward Americans with our silly measuring system.
That's for real. I don't know why we've held on to the old British measuring system like we have. It's time to move on into the 21st Century!! Metric baby!! :head: It's much more accurate.

Yes, dammit, Americans are some stubborn SOB's.. one of three nations worldwide who will not 'bow down' for the metric system. Unbelievable . .

It's not even about accurate or inaccurate, it's simply MUCH easier to convert.

g to mg ---> multiply by 1,000
m to cm ---> multiply by 100
How many meters in a kilometer? 1,000

pounds to ounces ---> multiply by 16
inches to feet ---> multiply by 12
How many feet in a mile? 5,280 :wtf:

That **** just gets messy as hell to convert! Nobody wants to break that **** down! Metric is so much simpler!

I was wondering where you were bro? how are you? you getting ready for leben bisping?

sorry, i have been MIA. I have been writing a huge Nietzsche paper (22pages) on the social contract theory. Im great, how r u? I have been still watching ur log! i cant wait for leben to beat the **** out of bisping!! lol

Thanks

Agreed, Metric's the way to go !

Metric measures will almost certainly never come to the US, and it boils down to the $$.

Main culprit are the car companies and their suppliers (Think GM / Chrysler / Ford / Visteon / Delphi / TRW)... All embedded with the US measures - would cost in the hundreds of billions to retool and modify their existing practices.
