Congratulations bro. Good luck on finding work before you move out there. All countries' economies seem to be shaky right now. I'm afraid that America's bad financial troubles are having a ripple effect all across the globe. We are selfish and spoiled over here. It's just the facts.Great news, we are moving to the uk very soon!!! we both got visas, and a house sorted, just need to find work now..we are so happy!!!

I've perused the thread and haven't found the answer to a specific question: where did you get 100% pure ecdysterone?

Its not too bad over here, well not as bad as the US, but you'l find something Ruski. Thing will get worse before they get better but i don't think the UK is gonig to be in as much trouble as the guys accross the pond. What do you do anyway?

Becoming a personal trainer in the UK is so easy its not funny, its too easy. I think you can even do a one day course and you'l be qualified. It explains a lot, maybe 1 in 10 PT's i see in my gym look like they've lifted a weight or played some sport. You will do fine in that respect im sure of it, and your English is great so nothing to worry about there.
My only hint is it will have a spanish theme....no more can be revealed! Hopefully it'l be ready by mid next year. It isn't the best time to be asking banks for money so we'l have to wait and see what happens......dont worry your meals on me when you come over!Awesome, when you open it let me know il come for sure!!!!!!!!!
Is it really that easy..wow, i feel more confident now. Thanks bro.
What kind of food will you do?
I didnt.
id pay good money to see you in a circus TG!!I really enjoyed those videos of your brother Russian. He's very athletically gifted. But then again, your whole family seems to be. What a rich heritage you have. Didn't you say that your father and grandfather were both strongmen in the circus? Incredible for so many from one family to be that gifted. :clap2:
Very easy, guys in the gym have them, but i never buy from them, only from one online company, except russian dbol, and anadrol, I can get those from the factory, straight up.
But poland is the best place, you can buy 500 methanabol, polish dbol in any chemist for about 26 dollars. A friend of mine travels over and buys a few and then sells them in the czech republic.
But to answer your question..very easy to get roids in russia, except provirion, and anavar.

That's one nasty battle there M8. Deads at the end of a workout are quite challenging, and that drop set is ridiculous. I got lactic acid build up just converting your numbers there.
WOW! thats crazy easy! thanks for the info bro!
Thanks bro, that was so kind of you, have you a converter or are you mathematicaly gifted?
Whatever the answer you deserve reps, i shall give you some as soon as im allowed.
So are thos weights ok for my weight, the deads are pretty weak i know, ive seen TG and a few others similar workouts and my numbers look poor to me, but im quite slim build.
I really appreciate what you did bro, if i can pay you back anytime, or help you out ever, let me know i owe you a few.

180 kilos is 396 right? either way great job russian. Those weighted pull ups are very impressive!
Correct-a-mundo, mi hermano!! 1 kilo is 2.2 pounds. 200 kilos is 440 lbs. It's easy to convert. I've watched so much World's Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting, and International Powerlifting that it's easy for me.Whoops. V, I think you multiplied by 2.5 instead of 2.2?

It's all good, dawg! It's still very much appreciated! :clap2:I did, I fixed his numbers, sorry about that ya'llz
Hey. It can happen to anyone. We all know that you're one of the smartest cookies in the jar!! :icon_lol:There we go, I swear I'm not retarded.
That's for real. I don't know why we've held on to the old British measuring system like we have. It's time to move on into the 21st Century!! Metric baby!! :head: It's much more accurate.It's all good, dawg! It's still very much appreciated! :clap2:
Makes it easier to make sense of it for us awkward Americans with our silly measuring system. :lol:

Yes, dammit, Americans are some stubborn SOB's.. one of three nations worldwide who will not 'bow down' for the metric system. Unbelievable . .
It's not even about accurate or inaccurate, it's simply MUCH easier to convert.That's for real. I don't know why we've held on to the old British measuring system like we have. It's time to move on into the 21st Century!! Metric baby!! :head: It's much more accurate.
I was wondering where you were bro? how are you? you getting ready for leben bisping?
Metric system?
:toofunny:

g to mg ---> multiply by 1,000
m to cm ---> multiply by 100
How many meters in a kilometer? 1,000
pounds to ounces ---> multiply by 16 :think:
inches to feet ---> multiply by 12 :think:
How many feet in a mile? 5,280 :wtf:
That **** just gets messy as hell to convert! Nobody wants to break that **** down! Metric is so much simpler!
