Sorry updates coming soon, not sure if I mentioned or not but I am ending my cycle this week and starting PCT by the weekend.. i'll have about 3 weeks to do PCT before I get sent on a little trip which the chances of me going are about a 85-90% chance, im hoping theres some sort of miracle but if not atleast I will have got a little bit of PCT in, I'll be starting with hCG at 500IU Daily for 7 Days, then more then likely using nolva at 40/30/20 clomid at 75/50/25 exemestane 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 DAA,Laxogenin(OL DermaStrength)possibly AlphaMax,Follidrone, AgeForce HGH PowerPatches/IGF-1/MGF Patches, and some other natural things.. just really slamming PCT hard as best I can..
so far I switched last week to every day dosing
Tren50/TestP75/NPP50
raised the tren 3 days ago to 100mg/TestP75/NPP75
will run it like that the next couple days by then I should run out of them all at he same time, and then its on to PCT.
Weight currently up to 194 seemed to stay pretty lean, haven't experienced any sides other then slight Nip sensitivity
been getting into the gym 3-4 days a week with my days consisting of Chest & Back/Legs & Shoulders/Arm's & little core + calistenic work (pushups/pullups/dips) never really hit no PR's then again I wasn't trying to, more of keeping the strength I have and staying conditioned as well as keepin size and gaining as much as possible, a few times I did get down to as low as 3-4 reps with some good weight but def. nothing the brag about.
so far everything has gone as well as expected, haven't gained as much as I want but I know the water weight is extremely low so what I have gained should stick around, and maybe PCT will bring in a few more lbs even! of course theres been a few off days where I haven't got as much calories/carbs as I needed, always made sure to get more then enough protein but
in order for me to have bulked as much as I wanted I couldn't afford to have missed those days but things outside of the gym and cycling were getting stressful and my schedule was extremely sporadic and full so I wasn't able to eat as much as I wanted sometimes only getting 2 meals a deal with one being fairly small and the other being big, stress was killing my appetite on certain days when I should have took advantage of the free time but I would have literally no appetite the entire day and then before bed I would be STARVING, definitely not the way to be on cycle that's for sure, specially a bulk..now if I was cutting I would have really made some progress I can definitely tell
so teres my quick update with my whole situation, will make the best of this last week and try to pull off some good routines to post for you all and I do plan to keep it goin through pct for a couple weeks to keep you updated on any gains or losses you might be interested in seeing. it has been a long drawn out log and I apologize for the delayed updated and all, only thing I can do is hit it harder everyday for you all and try to contribute in every way possible, and the next personal log I run will def. be a good one, not drawn out ill make it short and sweet
