no more then 6 weeks last week of july at the latest, maybe sooner.. I've been having mixed feelings lately, even though its going good and gains are coming im starting to get a little wore out on everything, I mean none of it really bothers me but im just so used to change frequently in my life I cant stay on any one thing, but im gonna crank out this last 5-6 weeks and make up for all the weakness ive been putting out and feeling and go for broke and try to beat myself down as bad as I can in the weightroom cause honestly I hate my life right now and theres really only one way to go about it to me.. its either sink or swim for some people, well for me its pulling a 50lb lead weight with me well I swim and if I cant do it id rather just sink anways.

Update;

So aside from all my negative captain bringdown & the buzzkill talk, I've been making it to the gym to vent like any true freak would, and Friday was no different.. Legs..

went to the gym with the sole plan to be stretchered out.. came close;

damn squat rack was taken, but the guys using it were pretty cool, only had a couple sets and actually respectfully introduced themselves when I asked, so I went for broke and pe-exhaust, something I haven't done in a while on the leg press... dude actually helped me throw about 4 plates on each side to get my warm up in gear.. damn its nice to have solid people in the gym..

warm up set on leg press all reg/somewhat wide stance
1x20 360+machine weight
followed by 3 quick sets adding a plate to each side every time with no more then 1 minute rest time since my squat rack time was coming quick

calf raises on legpress check this out, felt like pullin one of those "im gonna make up some weird workout in the gym" and took a 45lb dumbbell well I was lying down and I would do my set of calf raises 20 to be exact at 360, I would do DB pull overs at the same time, Hmm what did it take? a lot of concentration, awareness of where the back support for the legpress was, and a little bit of determination when my calves started burning and im still trying to focus on slow pull overs.. so yea, calf raises were 4x20/15/15/12 DB pullovers 4x20/15/15/15

needless to say I think after that I was pretty spent, my hamstring felt ready to snap after the second set of legpresses and I was in self destruct mode so I just did some stretching and kept adding weight to see if I could get it to, fortunately, as we all know its not that day or later that day when our anger and self destructive mood hits us, its always the next days, yea Saturday and now today that im limping around barely able to bend over, get into vehicles, sit down, stand up, lay down and just about anything else.. needless to say, there will be more to come as I currently have an endless reserve of negative feelings and self depreciation I have yet to take out on myself.. stay tuned for more to come this week and godbless you all.

this is off topic and random but I came across a pretty interesting study in pubmed about elevated test levels from abstinence;

I actually came across it looking up what causes elevated prolactin levels and I remember hearing that prolactin raises pretty high post-orgasm which I found in a study it does up to a half hour it stays elevated.. so for all those on 19nora and cautious of prolactin sides im thinking if your running caber or prami it may be good to do a dose after intercourse...
 
I'm not sure if it would be worth it so much for you to take it after sex. Caber has a fairly long half life so the time of day shouldn't matter I wouldn't think. I'm not sure on Prami though. But if you are just worried about high Prolactin I wouldn't bother dosing after sex at all because it shouldn't raise it long enough to cause any problems I wouldn't think, but I could always be wrong.

But if you are wanting to dose after sex to lower Prolactin and be able to go again quicker, I would take the product a little before sex to give it time to kick in. But like I said, I don't think it would make a difference with Caber. I'm not sure on Prami, but I know Inhibit P is recommended before sex.

Well from what I've noticed on prami it's got a fairly short one plus it kicks ib rather quickly, I notice the full effects section they to 45 & I agree on the before sex, I put that to the test and it for sure had some great effects, I know the prolactin only stays elevated for a short time but it's the huge jump that bothers me if I'm already dealing with existing issues that huge jump might hurt some.. I've actually tried before and after and it seemed like it made a difference rather then having the sides of to much dopamine it felt like I was balanced out.. of course blood levels serious really be the true answer.. just some interesting stuff I felt like posting, can never have to much knowledge or experience.

no chance to hit the gym today, thought I wqas going to jail.. instead got served with a summons for parole violation fon july 24th ill prolly be goin back.. so I wasn't feeling it..

i'm not one for proprietary but ill have to check it out, plus 400mg of ATP solo, let me know if anyone has tried this yet or the old formula... still gonna be using the NitroNOX and log it but ill be using this every so often to break up the monotony.
 
I'd be hitting the npp and prop heavy till like July 10th then start clomid and Nolva heavy also for next 14 days try and jump start natural production asap

Yeah I've been awol a bit. But that schedule looks good you want to get as much mass as possible if you going to take a. Violation. Hit the hcg with clomid get your HPTA back up as fast as possible so you can hang onto the weight. Hope all goes well

Sorry updates coming soon, not sure if I mentioned or not but I am ending my cycle this week and starting PCT by the weekend.. i'll have about 3 weeks to do PCT before I get sent on a little trip which the chances of me going are about a 85-90% chance, im hoping theres some sort of miracle but if not atleast I will have got a little bit of PCT in, I'll be starting with hCG at 500IU Daily for 7 Days, then more then likely using nolva at 40/30/20 clomid at 75/50/25 exemestane 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 DAA,Laxogenin(OL DermaStrength)possibly AlphaMax,Follidrone, AgeForce HGH PowerPatches/IGF-1/MGF Patches, and some other natural things.. just really slamming PCT hard as best I can..

so far I switched last week to every day dosing
Tren50/TestP75/NPP50
raised the tren 3 days ago to 100mg/TestP75/NPP75

will run it like that the next couple days by then I should run out of them all at he same time, and then its on to PCT.
Weight currently up to 194 seemed to stay pretty lean, haven't experienced any sides other then slight Nip sensitivity

been getting into the gym 3-4 days a week with my days consisting of Chest & Back/Legs & Shoulders/Arm's & little core + calistenic work (pushups/pullups/dips) never really hit no PR's then again I wasn't trying to, more of keeping the strength I have and staying conditioned as well as keepin size and gaining as much as possible, a few times I did get down to as low as 3-4 reps with some good weight but def. nothing the brag about.

so far everything has gone as well as expected, haven't gained as much as I want but I know the water weight is extremely low so what I have gained should stick around, and maybe PCT will bring in a few more lbs even! of course theres been a few off days where I haven't got as much calories/carbs as I needed, always made sure to get more then enough protein but

in order for me to have bulked as much as I wanted I couldn't afford to have missed those days but things outside of the gym and cycling were getting stressful and my schedule was extremely sporadic and full so I wasn't able to eat as much as I wanted sometimes only getting 2 meals a deal with one being fairly small and the other being big, stress was killing my appetite on certain days when I should have took advantage of the free time but I would have literally no appetite the entire day and then before bed I would be STARVING, definitely not the way to be on cycle that's for sure, specially a bulk..now if I was cutting I would have really made some progress I can definitely tell

so teres my quick update with my whole situation, will make the best of this last week and try to pull off some good routines to post for you all and I do plan to keep it goin through pct for a couple weeks to keep you updated on any gains or losses you might be interested in seeing. it has been a long drawn out log and I apologize for the delayed updated and all, only thing I can do is hit it harder everyday for you all and try to contribute in every way possible, and the next personal log I run will def. be a good one, not drawn out ill make it short and sweet ;) appreciate you all for supporting me through this entire time, those from the beginning who still check in from time to time and sticking around thanks to you all!

I just mentioned this in another thread where its been recommended to do 300mg first day, 200 the 2nd, 100 the 3rd then down to 50 for like 2 weeks and 30 for a week or two, something like that, seemed pretty intense, but what are you thinking? cause I was thinking of going 3 weeks 100/75/50 then I decided on the lesser..

I was concerned about sides but I think I could probably handle that, and you know im trying to get a good blast as fast as possible so im more then willing to run it like that, what about the nolva, you think I should do that 50/40/20, 50/40/30 50/30/10 ? my concern is tapering to reduce the risk of any gyno rebound which has happened to some folks after dropping nolva, but I do plan to run exemestane another week to 2 weeks after the serms.

LOL Dude, you know I want to! and if I had the time I would, but unless I can find a way to sneak my pct into lockup I would be asking for some serious problems coming off a 4 month cycle straight to nothing, not even a damn multivitamin, cause july 24th I have a summons to finish up about 3 1/2 - 4 months I got left from a 10 year old sentence I've been doing, I mean theres a 5-10% chance there could be a miracle and I don't go, but the odds are strongly against me brother :o/ so me running out in the next day or two is perfect for a quick blast of pct the next couple weeks and hopefully its enough to get me close enough to where I need to be so I don't lose much, though its hard in jail unless you got lots of money man, I'm thinking of possibly skipping the court day for a week or two cause the most im facing is 4 months and I can finish out my pct another week or two on the lam, but Ive never been one to run from my problems so I better just do this and maybe find a way to sneak some pct meds in with me to continue it in there for another week or two, a couple weeks worth of pills would be easy to sneak into jail without even having to stick it in the safe if you know what I mean ;)

well I have tomorrow left after further inspection of supplies so im already firing up the nolva and exem, im trying to find a way to get some legit hCG so basically it will take a few days for everything to clear out so by Thursday/Friday ill be clean and ready to start hCG then SERMs & the rest will follow, I have a couple weeks like I said to do this so I should be able to beat any estro rebound/gyno, I might lose a couple pounds at the most from low calories the first week in but after that ill have something figured out to hold on to my weight well im in there, and with this situation they don't give you another court day, this is the date, its not for like a new case or anything where yea they would sentence you later or lock you up later, this one is for some old violations on probation/parole minor and stupid things but enough for them to send me back for minimum 3 months. thanks bro for evertthing
 
I hope you are not using any long ester products... I thought you had some Test E in there somewhere. If so then that may slow recovery. I think since you are in this ordeal you should add in a shot of Triptoralin. Supposedly the one shot does the trick. I used it once and it filled the boys up pretty quickly, I imagine with another SERM it might do even more for you. I didn't use another SERM when I used it.

Good luck on the Violation summons. I hope it is not for anything big and they decide it is not worth the cost to the state to put you back in.

thank you brother, there was some test C and masteron E but that ended about a month ago so its all been just some propionates since then so I figure after a couple days I should be good, triptorelin? ive heard of it! ill have to check it out man thanks, and the summons is for a bunch of minor b.s. but their known for putting people back for a lot less, they don't care what it costs or bedspace or anything they just act without reason honestly from my experience.. so im getting myself set for a 90-120day ordeal.. but then it will all be over with...

Ended up skipping arms&core for some extra credit on chest&back tomorrow is going to be a shoulder/leg/core day im thinking..

All in all I hit it in approx. 45-50minutes with very little rest in between.. had the most incredibly solid and uncomfortable pump going I could barely go through my range of motion and had to keep stretching the entire rest period, on the last 2 sets of dips I started feeling an annoying cramp/tingle in the side of my neck, must have come close to straining it, nothing later on or today thankfully but it was really messing with my last couple of sets.. endurance wasn't too bad, strength felt good, first time I went through my whole routine without my earbuds just listening to the 80's and weird random music they were playing there... heres some pics from last night, the gas station people were trippin out on me and I figured I have them snap a shot or two for me for progress then took a few of my own when I got home..

I just feel bigger on it.... might be my new fav. I'm loving 100mg ed so much I might just keep on that amount I'm feeling so alpha it's got me wondering what adding an extra 100 grams of protein and 25mg of dbol would do
 
^^^That was the money spot I was mentioning to you! Had buddies do really well on 50mg but the ones who went 100mg put on serious mass. Give it a few weeks and you should see some serious gains.
