Runners supplements

I'm looking for a good whey protein and pre energy supplements for female marathon runners. Need endurance, energy and lean muscles not bulk.

beta alanine would probably help with fatigue
This, beta-alanine is an excellent tool for endurance training.

I don't know if this is the same for everyone else but when I take agmatine, my cardio increases a fair amount
Agmatine is nice for a lot of things around training but for strict endurance training I'd lean more towards citrulline.

Also if you're running fasted grab a BCAA, or some other recovery type product. Protocol, Xtend, or RecoverPro are good options :D

Beta alanine
Citrulline
BCAAs
My favorite Cordygen v02 ultra

This one supplement has most of what these guys are recommending. Through in some awesome tasting RPG and your set.
All Millennium Sports Technologies products.

Def look into millennium sport technology supps. I'm an endurance athlete as well and I have to be honest for real hard and long runs I don't like to take anything other than water, BCAA, and electrolytes.

Btw advanced muscle science has BCAA with electrolytes now. Yes I rep them, but it took me a long time to make this happen as I was mixing BCAA wit endurox and hated buying 2 products to make one by mixing them lol. Mst has a lot of good things for endurance though.

Cordyseps from Mst good consideration

Repped

Man Sports Body Octane or Omega Sports Ultima.

If you want just bulk supplements I would suggest Citrulline and Beta Alanine.

I bought no xplode and syntha 6, liking it so far although the beta alanine in the no xplode is making me itchy which I hear is normal.
