also wanted to note of some changes...hunger has been way up since adding in Furaguno, and libido is thru the roof!

I want to get in the gym but my neck is a little tweaked...tmrw is arms, might go get in some abs and cardio, but dont hold you breath, I have a busy week ahead of me
 
have good and bad news...
the bad news is I was doing close grip bench and tweaked my neck again, it doesn't hurt to the point it did before but it hurts, so Im thinking either two things: take some ibuprofen and rest until its completely healed or keep pushing, but lower my weights and do somewhat hypertrophy WO's???

the good news...holy fukk, I felt like a monster, even though my neck hurt, I was still pushing more weight than previously :) :) :)

tonights WO wasn't bad...went light, but I could feel the 'hunger' for more weight, or should I say, 'light weight' HAHA

basically old fashioned 4 sets of 8-12 reps...did a superset of dips and wide-grip pull-ups, felt great, neck is still a little sore
 
sorry no updates, been super busy with school and work, and my new girl...but Im getting some much needed rest tonight and hittin the iron tomorrow. will update..

sure, that is still under 100 mgs. Have you ran hdrol compound? If so, how does this compare? At this time, price is pretty close to run the two at around the same doses (75-100 mgs per day), wonder about results. thanks.

yes Ive ran Hdrol twice...sadly I haven't seen many gains, but yesterday marks the third week mark, so if this is like Hdrol, I should start to see gains. As for increasing to 12 Oxy ED...Im still thinking about it

Just on the grind playa... gettin that work in.

Good work on the cycling carbs.. I've even started eating candy every other weekend... Just put in your time on the cardio and you're good.
