How many calories are you eating a day? bolt10
3400 on my highest volume days - 3000 on moderate volume days.

1 day is an active recovery day that I don't really track, it is mostly fat and protein, but I just eat til satisfied 5 times during those days (it's my busiest work day so honestly don't have much time for anything though ).

1 day is a designated cheat meal day, but I'll be honest I'm pretty liberal with food additions and if I feel like eating out or something random it'll probably happen regardless of plan. ;)

Thanks, bolt. I'm at 3300-3500 myself. I live a fairly sedentary lifestyle outside the gym (full time student), so I'm sure that accounts for our discrepancy. I'm holding steady at 202-204 and appear to be leaning out still (albeit slowly). Gonna hang out here for a bit and let my body do it's thing. Come next training cycle I'll be in a moderate surplus again. End blog post.

Had a guy in the gym just say that the other day. I think, unless you are using a lot of body english standing, that seated you are more supported, so you can push heavier IMO.

Also, how low do you go when you do them tygatyga ? I was doing the other day and only went down to about my chin.

Imma cut until I feel I'm shredded enough lol I honestly don't have a target weight, just a look (as corny/arrogant that sounds)

Baby girl! Congratulations. My little girl is going to be 17 soon. She is stronger than most boys and thinks boys are a waste of time. She is pretty focused on school and college at the moment. Good for her mom and I :)

Think I made the best protein pancake batch ever today.

20g flour
20g coconut flour
75g sweet potato (no skin)
25g FF yogurt
1 scoop banana protein
1 tsp banana flavoring
4g baking powder
60mL unsweetened cashew milk
5g splenda

Man alive! These were fluffy as could be and as moist as a freshly dampened sponge!

Any how, tomorrow I have deads on tap and three board bench as well as front squats

Must run in the family. I don't think a lot of people realize that at one time Scott held both the world record equipped bench AND the world record raw, simultaneously. Spoto's only got him by 7lbs (over Scott's 715) and he's never done anything in a shirt - Mendy's perhaps the greatest combined raw/geared bencher ever.

Yep the advice he passed on to me through his brother approx 15 years when I first really started was valuable beyond belief

Nice lifting tyga. Was that your entire workout or just your work sets? Board press at 290 is excellent.

I usually just post my @8, @9 and back down sets. Usually have a few warm ups before (3-4) My @8 set.
