Must run in the family. I don't think a lot of people realize that at one time Scott held both the world record equipped bench AND the world record raw, simultaneously. I usually just post my @8, @9 and back down sets. Usually have a few warm ups before (3-4) My @8 set.Nice lifting tyga. Was that your entire workout or just your work sets? Board press at 290 is excellent.
