RTS, carb cycling + IIFYM and a quest for a 1200 total

Ok, for those that followed my last log you know I competed in my first full meet. My total was; 1107 @143.8lb which put me in the top 50 (47 to be exact) on PL watch. I follow Reactive training systems to a T, and do not plan on ever switching programs since it produced some great results for my first meet. Also, I was suppose to compete in my second bb show in June of this year but I've decided to pull out of that and focus solely on PL for now. My PL numbers for the ADFPF meet were:

S-352.7
B-264.6
D-491

My deadlift is actually the new American deadlift record in the ADFPF. Previous record was 484.

So, this is where my quest for a 1200 total will start. This log will include videos of my lifts, pictures of food and updates on what supplements I'll be using.

Obviously I'll be using A LOT of myokem products since I'm a sponsored athlete for the company and they work. My lifts rarely plateaued, recovery was quick and endurance was great. I'm extremely greatful to be with myokem. So the supplement line up for now is this:

Athletix ergonine - S/o to Driven2lift btw for this and Athletix
Multivitamin
Fish oil+ vitamin d
Chromium picolinate
St. John's wort
Psyllium husk
Evomuse defuse - mainly for my high carb cheat meal on Friday nights

Supplements that'll be rotated in
Magnitropin - just finished 12 weeks of this
Alphadex- again 12 weeks finished
SNS - bulk TMG
Creatine HCL

Also bought some new tools for training. Bought a bench "blokz" and ditched my wei rui squat shoes for the sabo powerlift shoes. My training partner has the new "push" training band to measure force/velocity and wattage. So these next couple cycles of RTS should be outstanding! Tomorrow starts our new cycle

Right now my diet consists of flexible dieting + carb cycling. This is my layout:

High carb day kcal 2254
Cho- 263g
Pro- 165g
Fat- 60g

Medium carb day kcal 2012
Cho- 203g
Pro- 165g
Fat- 60g

Low carb day kcal 1772
Cho- 143g

How much do you weigh? Are they kcal thar way because you have to make weight. Will you be staying at the 143lb? I'm not familiar with the weight classes for pl

right now 151lb. My kcals and macros are cycled to lose weight gradually while maintaing as much strength as possible. It's optimal for me

Excellent! It looked like you could have pulled more on the deadlift. It seems 1,200 is definitely reachable for you

For my first session back it went better than I expected. I figured with the extended time away from "heavy" lifting I would have de conditioned more.

Tuesday is an off day and Wednesday will be comp deadlift. Also have an hour long deep tissue massage scheduled for tomorrow as well - focus on my thoracic, traps, pec and anterior delt. If I have time I'll have him dig into my glutes and quads.

Excellent! Deep tissue massage is like a workout in itself. I'm usually pretty beat after that.
 
Btw, the nanaberry ergonine is ON POINT. Flavor is awesome. Can't really speak on the pre workout itself just yet. Awesome job Athletix

Today's a lower CHO day 203g. I like to taper carbs through the day up until bed on my lower days, since I'm pretty lazy once I get off.

Breakfast was
200g egg white
2 slice FF cheese
2 slice lean ham

*no pictures was 33g CoW with 37g coconut macaroon cookie spread stirred in

Lunch will be
1/2c couscous
125g chicken
15g yum yum sauce

*side note, shaving joint pain in my right shoulder :/ I need to get back into routinely using my lacrosse balls, tens and theracane for self MFR/mobility.
