RPM vs R4W

I am looking into a pre w/o stim/supplement and was wondering if anybody had any insight into these two products?

i use them both......at the same time some days. 3 caps RPM and 4 caps R4W, oh the intensity. but i must mention, i'm a little bit off.....way off sometimes. i don't really think you could go wrong with either one of those. it might even be better to buy both and use one for say 3 or 4 weeks then switch. appnut and diesel make awesome products.

I love RPM, however I did notice that RPM like all prewo supps, seem to lose intensity for me

Thanks for all of the great feedback guys!!!! This board truly is AWESOME!!!!

I knew asking about these products would produce a lot of positive feedback as they both are from amazing and reputable companies. I am looking into them as one of those helpers you seem to need on days when you feel lazy and want that heightened desire to go destroy some iron! I take Xtend + leucine+ glut intra w/o, then my nos ether lev 1 post w/o along with my usual shake. So like I said, I am really looking into one of those intensity boosters that you need now and then to really give you an awesome day in the weight room.

I've used both as well. I'll take RPM overall, but if your cutting...I would actually opt for R4W...the thermogenic effect is great and when your cutting you want to sweat your ass off and drop the fat as fast as possible.

If your going for pure power and lifting heavy...RPM.

Really that is the best feedback I can give you. Both products are solid.

Cheers!

Both are very solid products. I also would like to throw in Core Zap as well. Can't go wrong with either!!

Not much PR for them. I think you can get a free sample from their website. That's how I was turned on to it.

I have used both R4W and RPM and I have to say R4W gives you a longer stamina and
intensity boost without any crash at all. I think an earlier poster recommended you get
both products I also agree with him but I think you should do one stim one day and the next time do a different one so you body never gets use to the ingredients. I have been
rotating stims for a long time and my body never gets use to one stim. I actually use
about 5 or 6 different products that I rotate around R4W, NCP, AMP2, Energize,RPM,
and Phenadrine are all capsule or tab stims. The product Phenadrine is a stim that
doesn't get much publicity but man it's a great preworkout stim by APS Nutrition and I
put that 2nd to R4W. To me R4W is the best out there and Iv'e said that before in other
posts.

Never used RPM, but I like R4W. Make sure you actually start out at a low-dose though, I took 4 caps the first time and felt like ****. I actually had a great work-out but before, during and after the work-out I felt terrible.

Never used R4W, but almost always use RPM.

I have used both the original and reformulated versions of RPM and have dosed everywhere from 1 cap all the way to 6 caps. Whilst on the original formula I had to dose pretty high, on the one out now I only need 2 caps to get optimal effects.

Although classed as a stimulant, those that expect RPM to act like a stimulant and give that jittery "stimulant-like" energy will be disappointed.

Personally, RPM provides me with a smooth, focussed energy (as opposed to jittery, restless energy). In the gym I am calm and almost RELAXED. Training sessions seem to move in slow-motion, and sometimes I cannot believe that an hour has ALREADY passed (when it seems like I've only been in there for a few minutes). Being an aggressive person by nature, on RPM I can amplify that aggression and channel it into my training, thus providing me with better quality sessions. RPM also adds just that much more to my pump and vascularity: The pumps are great, and are painful at times, with vascularity ropes and knots of blue snaking up arms and legs.

It would also depend on whether you were looking just for a preworkout stimulant, or a product that had other effects. RPM, for example, also has thermogenic and testosterone boosting properties, as well as helping increase strength.

WOW... I would be convulsing on the floor if I took that amount of each together.

I've used both, and am still using R4W. R4W is the best pre-workout supp I've tried so far. Clean, focused intense energy that lasts throughout the day with no crash at 3 caps. I tried 4 the first time I used it,WAYY too much. I'd start with 2 and judge your tolerance. I guess I'm a non-responder to RPM,got absolutley nothing from it,although I never tried the old version. I love the other products I've tried from AN,but was dissapointed with RPM.
