RPM vs. R4W review.

I gotta say.... for once, Reaper really didn't do a whole lot to incite the argument at hand, at least not overtly.

I gotta thank Chuck for the compilation of R4W feedback above. One of those things that just makes you smile, ya know?

Anyways, it appears there's 2 good products that different people will view differently. Which one people like better.... it's all subjective; everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Which one sells better?.... truly irrelevant in the big scope of things... besides only time will tell....... sale prices do wonders for sales. Regular prices do the deciding.

Regardless, best of luck to Chuck, and the whole Get Diesel line.

This thread is yet again an example of why reaper is a troll on this board with his own agenda...

RPM has literally changed the way me and all my friends who have taken it, look at working out as a whole. Since adding RPM my lifts are naturally higher than they were on PH's and every workout is more fun than I have ever experienced. Heck everyone I gave it to IMMEDIATELY went out and bought 3-4 bottles, no joke!

I know Chuck has been a great guy and given you a ton of products for free but your reviews are subject due to the agenda with considerable sponsorship causes you to have.

I could really care less how RPM affects you and your 'friends'. This is feedback and it is open. If you like it so much keep reading RPM positive feedback. There is positive feedback for R4W too. As was stated before, everyone reacts to a product differently, and apparently you and poison are too overly sensitive individuals who need to grow a pair since NEGATIVE reviews seem to hurt your feelings.

applied nut. appriciates the feedback, fair enough. Chuck appriciates the feedback too. Actually people reading this also probably are getting some insight as well. So why are you and poison pissed when everyone is gaining/learning something huh ?

Thanks for the tidbit on RPM, I'm glad it works well for you and poison and your input has been given. Fair enough.

Reaper my man, take it w/ a grain of salt. You must admit that about 90% of the positive things you say are regarding Get Diesel. This is by no means an accusation that you are lying.... rather just pointing out how some forum members may accumulate a little suspicion.

I usually add this in my posts, but I forgot too:

But don't take my word for it. See the results for yourself.

I can see how ppl might take the feedback the wrong way.

I actually gave positive feedback on BSN's Endorush. It is an awesome pre-workout drink despite BSN. I don't have any problem giving credit where it is due.

I encourage ppl to take my reviews with a grain of salt as well. I don't claim to be the end all, just merely giving feedback, that's it.

I am not a violent person but I highly doubt your attitude would fly for one minute in person...

Stop with the shltty ass comments.

Also - Yohimbe isnt for everyone and I don't like the idea of not disclosing the amount of yohimbine per serving. Levithrian has proprietary formulas but they are open with the Yohimbine because it is a serious ingredient that the consumer has a right to know how much they are consuming.

I agree. I took superdrol NG sample pack, made my stomach churn for a good 5-10 minutes. Did I "feel" it. yeah I did but I also felt it burn like crazy in my stomach. I have to agree on just reading on this, yohimbine isnt for everyone. In fact leviathan kinda gives me this feeling in my stomach as well. Painful? no. but GI discomfort is not cool.

I would seriously like chuck to address the Yohimbe Vs Yohimbine and the fact that the dose is not disclosed.

I would give the product a fair shot over my beloved RPM becuase it is time to order, buuuuut yohimbe is a harsh indredient and I would really be interested in knowing how much is in there. Yohimbine (not yohimbe) has given me kidney pain in the past and can cause many problems so I at least like to know how likely problems are aka dosage.

Yohimbe is a plant that is quite "dirty" when it comes down to it. A lot of alkaloids you DON'T want can be present in poor extractions. I believe this is the reason a lot of companies using yohimbine hcl, to know what they have specifically, and know the safety of it to a better degree. Technically, I believe Yohimbine HCL is illegal for us in supplements, but I could be wrong....

My top 3 pre-workout supps out of everything I tried:

#1. Endorush by BSN
#2. Ready4War v 6.0
#3. Spike Shooter (both flavors, but the lime is the best).

Endorush is the best b/c it is in a re-sealable bottle which you can drink on the go. I've always had a good experience with it.

R4W 6.0 is an excellent nootropic that I greatly prefer over the caps.

Spike Shooter is just raw caffeine and some other stuff. It tastes VERY, VERY, VERY good, plus it is clean...surprisingly. If I drink a whole can of spike shooter (300mg) it will delay my sleep time by probably 2 hrs later.

Those are my 3 top fav.

Personally RPM didint do **** for me. Not bashing but i have given it to 3 of my friends and they didnt feel anything either. I thought it was all bandwagon following untill i actually met someone who LOVED it, so i guess its for real...

(about to order r4w, try that **** out!)

I'm in the same boat and I tried it several times. I'd like to think of R4W as the product for those who are looking for an alternative to RPM. I like the Trib Test Extreme/R4W stack better than the RPM/Drive, but different people respond to different things, for better or worse.

LOL

so your gonna scare him into liking RPM?

Wow, I can't believe this is still going on. What i've seen in this thread is basically people defending RPM who haven't tried R4W and people saying they either prefer R4W or RPM who have tried both. The people who have tried both and say they prefer R4W more seem to get the ****ty end of the stick. If you haven't tried a product, then you have no right to speculate results. I have tried both and I personally prefer R4W at this point for the energy, focus, and thermo feeling i get. It just works better for me than RPM did. Over the long haul, I don't know which works better and I probably won't since I haven't run more than about 10 doses of RPM. I really like the yohimbe in R4W and I think thats what makes the product work well for me. Others may not and then RPM may be a better bet. People get so hung up on one product and close their eyes to all others and won't except that there may be an equal or better product right around the corner. Im sure there is another product out there I haven't tried yet that might be better than R4W and RPM. I think its great that GD products are getting some time in the limelight for a change. I think at we have all wanted to try them, but never made the jump due to lack of response. I think because of this sale, you will begin to see an increase in GD products in this forum. Both companies are great and I can speak of that first hand as I dealt with both of them.

The mods need to lock my reviews after I give them.

I'll just put my review and the information up and then the thread needs to be locked to prevent the pre-pubecent whining.

:FUfinger: :FUfinger: :FUfinger: :FUfinger: Do you wander why it is only your reviews that get bashed and torn apart??? Go chug 24 red bulls and get back to me on that.....

haha. i think you just verified my statement.

p.s. my reviews get bashed and torn apart because amazingly enough I am the only one that I see that actually gives negative reviews from time to time. I personally have not seen any negative feedback from any reviews or logs.

At the same time it is starting to get annoying with the personal comments that are completely unrelated btw. I know I get infractions for them, but I doubt anyone gets them for the ones directed towards me as I see a lot of them unedited. (double standard).

anyways, I got my review/point across and the discussion has been beaten to death. I'm going to request that this thread get locked.

Do we really want to have to go into a workout not having eaten for 2 hours just so a product will work its best?

Then we have to slam down simple carbs immediately after because our stomachs are basically empty?

Crowler-

This is just me, but with my schedule this is what works best. I travel frequently in my job so I am exhausted by the end of the day. The days I don't travel I wind up posting all day long on am.com

Anyways I do not carb post-workout for 2 reasons:

1. I am endomorphic
2. It is after 10pm with my workouts and I avoid carbs in the latter portion of the day.

I eat most of my complex carbs @ noon.

I actually take a nap from time to time @ 5:30pm-6:30pm which also gives me energy for the evening.

4:30pm-Work ends

5:00pm-Eat a small meal (40g protein)

5:30pm-6:30pm- Take a nap

7:00pm-Eat another small meal (40g protein)

8:30pm-Take stims (approx. 200mg of caffeine.)

9:00pm-At the gym

10:15-10:30pm-Get out of the gym

10:30pm-Take ZMA

11:00pm-Drink soymilk/Chicken/other protein (50g-70g of protein), then get ready and go to bed.

I do NOT post-workout with carbs at all.

If I travel late, or some circumstances out of the normal occur I sometimes will just skip whatever workout I had planned for that day.

Is this being referred at someone or at a product? I'm unaware of either product stating not to eat for 2 hours.

I have seen a few people, both in this thread and others, say to get the desired effect from a preworkout product they go with not eating for 2 hours before they take it.

2 hrs is excessive, 1 hour post meal before you take stims would be optimal.

In my opinion, if you don't take stims on an empty stomach you are just wasting your money.

you know, since you started the thread you can close it. Under thread tools.... but i would like Chuck to be able to answer whether there is a way for people who are interested to to request R4W samples

I can't. Must be a gold member feature.

Yeah I give it 2 hours as well. Its about trial and error, some people needs more time than others to digest food. 1 hour is a bare minimum thing, IMO.

funny, a co-worker just sent me a text:

Fancy that!

Fancy that co-worker has never used R4W.

And no one said RPM was garbage, this thread started from a review of RPM to R4W. Then others WHO HAVE USED both chimed in......then all the these people starting posting RPM testomonials.

I remember that RPM versus AMP thread when people was saying they like RPM over AMP then all the AMP lovers started having a fit. Same thing. I really dont care. I just think if it has nothing to do with the title of the thread why post it?
