RPM: results/experience?

What kind of results have you guys had with rpm? I've been looking to try a new pre w.o and i've pretty much narrowed it down to this and a few others. I'm just looking to get a good concentration/focus boost as well as a good energy boost. Pumps aren't really important, i'll get those on my own

Also I will be training for an olympic triathlon outside the gym for the next 2 months, so I don't want anything that would interfere with that...

Thanks,

Chris

rpm is the best pre workout strength and focus/energy enhancer around. the stuff is simply awesome, most people smoke pr's on the first dose, and it just gets better.

i would highly recommend taking any one of the cordygen products. definitely cordygen5, and i would add cre02, and or a citrulline/beta alanine/creatine supplement like nos ether level 1.

If you're looking for boosts in concentration/focus and energy, then RPM is definitely a suitable product.

Unlike other stimulants RPM provides me with a smooth, focussed energy (as opposed to jittery, restless energy). In the gym I am calm and almost RELAXED. Training sessions seem to move in slow-motion, and sometimes I cannot believe that an hour has ALREADY passed (when it seems like I've only been in there for a few minutes). Being an aggressive person by nature, on RPM I can amplify that aggression and channel it into my training, thus providing me with better quality sessions. RPM also adds just that much more to my pump and vascularity: The pumps are great, and are painful at times, with vascularity ropes and knots of blue snaking up arms and legs.

Good luck with your triathlon. You'll not want to be doing much (if any) resistance work whilst training for that.

If you're looking for something that will help with your triathlon, I would highly recommend stacking Drive with the RPM. Endurance, speed endurance, speed, will all be enhanced.

i agree RPM is a great product...

to the op... R4W is better than RPM for me mostly because of its high content of stims... and im a HUGE stim junkie... RPM is definitely more versatile though... and i definitely agree about the MST's products...i really like R4W, DominATP, cordygen... seems very very effective even though i only used it for one week...

thanks for the support fellas!

For your goals any of the Cordygen products would work fantastically. If you'd like any advice on that end, feel free to hit me up anytime!!

On the topic you posed, I think that RPM is a great workout product and I got a lot from it when I used it for a month!

RPM is the best supp i have ever taken for high energy, focus, and strength gains while also shedding fat. plus when you are done taking it you dont lose the progress you have made.

I've had only amazing work outs since taking RPM, the only thing that gave me better pumps in the gym since taking it was my girlfriend breaking up with me lol.

RPM + a break up = INSANE PUMPS. I would say give it a try but that's a little insane in my opinion :\

Really though I'd go as far as to say the stuff is adderall for the gym. GL.

i know a lot of people like it.. it didnt do **** 4 me.. i am currently around 160 and i took up to 5 pills pre wo, and i didnt get a pump on it or anything used 3/4 of the bottle before giveing upon it. .. i have used no shotgun v3, USP jack3d and no-xplode and i get jacked up with mad pumps about 30 mins or so after drinking..

I tried this when it first came out, at first it didn't work. I tweaked my diet a little and it worked wonders, I felt like I had to make myself stop working out.

RPM needs to be taken 60-120 minutes pre-workout, on an empty stomach. I bet you didn't do that. ;)

wow thanks to everyone! one more question though. did anyone notice any changes in their appetite or metabolism while taking rpm??

Metabolism, yes. I feel a strong thermogenic boost, and leaned out. Several co-workers reported the same.

It makes me really hungry- and I do notice a metabolic boost when I take it....

I personally don't notice any changes re appetite or metabolism from RPM.

However, I have had many people comment that RPM increases their appetite, making it easier to eat a lot more. Those same people also notice that they end up leaning out even though they're "bulking" and gaining muscle mass.

I tried RPM and it was pretty good but I felt that it wore off to quickly and I dosed
4 caps for me R4WAR from Diesel Nut. is much better I would finish my workout with
still a lot of focus and energy and no crash later on during the day.

I noticed this too. I might try out your stack and see what happens.

Still with RPM I've noticed I push myself A LOT harder in the gym because I have been sore from every work out for at least 3 days. Which normally didn't happen before. Still love the product.

awesome. that's exactly what I wanted. My hesitation to lose the mass i've put on in the past 3-4 months has really been effecting my training so a product that would stimulate my appetite would be great.

If you want something to stimulate your appetite...our IGF-2 does that. IGF-2 is personal favorite natural bulking supplement. RPM increases my thirst more than anything as an fyi...appetite increases are only apparent when I am taking it with IGF-2.

Cheers!

I've posted up a mini review of my experience with RPM in the logs/Reviews forum:

Quick Review of RPM by Applied Nutriceuticals

This was the 'new' formulation, those guys who didn't get much of effect energy-wise might be advised to try out the new formulation, some changes have been made to it.

Extremely Brief Thoughts:

  • Great Energy for a 'non stim' product (I'm used to hardcore stims like ECA)
  • Nice Pumps (not quite as strong as specific 'NO' products)
  • AWESOME focus and aggression - this part really shone for me
  • Superb Muscular Endurance (more reps were banged out easily)

Read the review if you want more detailed thoughts but I'd give it a try mate!

IGF-2 didn't affect my appetite that much, it had a host of other excellent effects but appetite stimulation wasn't one (thank god because I was cutting!).

It would stack well with RPM though if you wanted to give it a try, and certainly maintain your strength in the gym whilst cutting, I gained strength whilst on it!
