Dosed 2-1-1. Soreness 6/10. My back was a little sore today and my chest was still pretty rough as well. I got a little bit more noticable pumped feeling today and I also looked pretty pumped at the end of my workout. I upped my calories mainly with protein and a little more fat today so hopefully that will help. BTW a little recipe for anyone needing fat and protein. 2 cans of tuna + 1 whole egg + Emeril's essence seasoning+ 2 or 3 tbsp of oat bran mixed together and fried in a little coconut oil equals damn good tuna burgers.​
RPM
Dosed 4 Pre-Workout. Honestly I think this is the only reason I had any strength in my chest today. I was still pretty sore and this morning I did a couple push-ups to test the water and I did not think I was going to make it through the routine today. Long story short RPM once again kicks @ss​
Drive
Dosed 4-2. Starting to notice my skin looks healthier, don't exactly know why but the Drive may be helping. Also I had some of the most vivid dreams today because I took a quick nap right after training.​

Oh what the hell I will tell you guys anyways. So far the biggest thing I have noticed has been an increased mood and sense of well being. I fell like I can handle stress better and that my mind is at ease most of the time since starting the log. Other things I have noticed have been a pretty big spikes in libido and pretty wild dreams. With the RPM it seems like dosing everyday has actually lowered my tolerance to it, as you will see in my entry for today I took 5 RPM today, which I have done in the past, and it was too much for me. I think having the Naringin loaded up in my system is responsible for this aspect of it.

As for the X-Factor I can't really say I have noticed anything other than being pretty sore after my workouts this week. I may start to notice more with the second bottle so I will hopefully have more to say by then. I would like to note though that I have noticed slight head aches about 5 times since starting this log and they all have been about one hour after taking my last dose of X-Factor for the day which is usually with a small meal of just protein and fats.

Dosed 1-1-1-1. Soreness 2/10. My chest was not at all sore from yesterdays routine, which was pretty surprising considering it was sore going into the workout. The only soreness I noticed was my triceps during my presses today, but I can already feel my legs starting to be sore so I imagine tomorrow is going to be a different story. I also noticed I got a little cut from my cats claws today and the sucker bleed more than normal so I am wondering in AA has a blood thinning effect or if the increased vasodilation effected it. Before people start throwing up red flags though it was not a ridiculous amount of blood or anything to be concerned about, just an observation.​
RPM
Dosed 5 Pre-Workout. I felt like having a big workout today, and I must say IMO I did. The five RPM at once seemed to be a little to strong for me though, but I did not crash or feel sick just a little to stimulated. I might actually try staggering my dose for this workout next week and take maybe three one hour before lifting then 2 more right before my first set. This ideal is still in its conceptual stage so don't hold me to anything just yet.​
Drive
Dosed 4-2. So I am not going to say this was a direct result of the drive, but during one of my first pulls I let a huge one rip and actually had to move to a different area of the gym because the smell was a bit to dank lol. As you guys may have read above, I am still noticing the increased mood and crazy dreams from the drive. I took an afternoon nap about ten minutes after taking my second dose of drive today, and I had extremely vivid dream and actually got a lot of energy from the nap. Also I am starting to notice a little recomp in my upperbody and much better definition in my legs. It seems like I am noticing a new vein somewhere every few days now, which is pretty bad@ss.​

Dosed 4 PreWorkout. I had a lot of extra energy at the end of my workout today hence the floor press and tate press. So umm... RPM still awesome. Nothing really new to point out today sorry.​
Drive
Dosed 4-2. I got really queasy after my second dose today. I felt like I was going to puke but I never ended up doing it. I was at work so I didn't have food available, but as soon as I did get some food in me I felt fine. I am still experiencing the mood elevation and I am pretty surprised that it has lasted this long. Hopefully it will stay this way for the rest of my run.​

2-1-1 dosing. Soreness 5/10. Well today was the end of my first bottle of X-Factor, now it is suppose to get serious. I started to feel sore about 1 hour after my workout today, and I was completely useless at work tonight so I imagine tomorrows soreness rating is going to be pretty high.​
RPM
Dosed 4 Pre-Workout. I am still noticing the effects of RPM with each dose, and I couldn't be any happier with the product. I have definitely found my sweet spot for RPM at 4 caps. With this dose I notice all the good energy, strength, and aggression without any jitters or over stimulation. The only effect I have noticed diminishing was the appetite suppression I originally noticed. I think other factors are just working against it though.​
Drive
I have been getting the best sleep for about the past week consistently now. Also I notice even though I have been pretty sore from the X-Factor I don't feel mentally fatigued at all. It also seems like the feeling of being top dog has become more prominent with time.​

Dosed 2-1-1. Soreness 7/10. My lower body is absolutely thrashed from yesterday. My chest got a huge pump today, I actually had a hard time getting my shirt off after lifting. I am definitely ready for a non lifting day tomorrow lol.​

Dosed 4 Pre-workout. I was sweeting like crazy today. I got through my lifts pretty quick and had a good pace throughout. I went right to work after lifting and had to concentrate on some desk work and my focus was awesome.​
Drive
Dosed 4-2. So today I ran short on time before my workout and ending up opening my drive and rpm caps and dumping them in water. I have done this with RPM before and it hits you quick but let me warn you if you ever decide to do something similar,Drive taste how zoo's smell. It seemed to do the trick though and I had a great workout and felt all the good effects of drive such as endurance and aggression during my session.​
 
How long have you been doing wide grip neck presses? What have you noticed(as far as development) (has it filled in the shoulder chest tie in cavicle area?) on the neck press?
 
Actually smeton I am just doing the HSS 100 chest specialization for a few weeks because I was suppose to be going on vacation were I wouldn't have worked my chest so I could have recovered then. I have used both the HSS 100 back and shoulder routines with awesome results so I figured why not. To answer you question though, with the neck presses I notice that my chest is really sore just below my armpits and close to my lats. It seems to be pretty good for adding width to the chest. I would definitely advise you though that this is an exercise that can easily hurt you, if you do them go light and focus on form and control before you attempt getting closer to maximal lifts. I would never do this for heavy sets. Once the program is over I will probably ditch them and just do dumbbell presses with bands in a fly position so that they are pulling my arms apart, much better and safer IMO.

So my legs have gotten a lot bigger since starting the log which I am really happy about. The reason I did the measurements today is because I noticed the last few nights at work the my left sleeve feels tighter, I was right! I can't believe my right arm is so much smaller lol, I have a pretty bad club foot so my right foot is like three size smaller now my arm before I know I am going to be completely lopsided.

Dosed 2-1-1. Soreness 7/10. I was pretty sore all over today, mainly still my legs from Tuesday though. I had some mean vascularity going into the gym today so I decided to do all the curls to see if I could provoke an X-Factor pump. I did! Had a really great pump in my biceps today, I don't train them directly often, maybe once a month I dedicate a stupid day to them, so it felt good to get a pump in them today.​
RPM
Dosed 1-3. I had an exam this morning so I took 1 RPM to wake me up. It was definitely noticeable and had me focusing really well on my exam. Oh yeah my workout was good too, but I am sure you all care more about the cognitive effects of RPM on german exams at 7:30 in the morning.​
Drive
Dosed 4-1-1. I am trying to take one cap right before bed tonight to see if I can provoke some strong dreams. My life has been rather mundane as of late so I need something exciting to happen and dreams seem to be my best bet. I noticed with the Tabada and running today my endurance is way better than what I had expected. I was previously using beta alanine before this stack and I noticed in running my endurance would give out before my legs started to burn, today was just the opposite except my endurance was still better than previously. I also noticed my oly lifts seem to be going more smoothly, which makes me think the drive is helping my coordination​

Dosed 2-1-1 Soreness 6/10. I took the first two X-Factors about 1:45 minutes before lifting, and I really noticed the vasodiliation effects. Just about every muscle on my body was a little sore from the tabada yesterday. I busted out the old foam roller to loosen me up and that seemed to help a lot.​
RPM
Dosed 4 (In Water). So I did the thing with opening the caps a few days ago and the taste was bad but the results were kick @ss so I decided to give it another go today, it was sick as usual. The energy hits you in about 15 minutes, but also dies down a little quicker. I noticed about 2 hours after dosing I was back to a base line of stimulation and usually I am revved up for about Three to four hours with RPM.​
Drive
Dosed 4-2. Nothing new really to comment on today, I am still noticing increased mood, endurance, and libido. I am also happy to report no acne outbreaks or anything, which can be a problem with test boosters. Also when I dosed the one drive before bed the other night I really did not notice any super vivid dreams, but I did end up sleeping a couple hours longer than usual. That may just be a coincidence though.​

Dosed 2-1-1. Soreness 6/10. So I really seem to notice the pre workout effects when I take it about 1.5 hours before lifting with a little bit of coconut oil and whey isolate. I weighed in a 223 today so I am up a few pounds, all in all I think the AA is really kicking in full swing now!​
RPM
Dosed 4 Pre-workout. I was listening to the regulators when I took my pills today and I got inspired, "3 in the clip and one in the hole" So i decide to crack open three RPM and poor them in water to really get things going then I took one cap to see if I would give me a little boost during my session. Well needless to say 20 minutes after dosing I was hitting a PR on my deads, but after my squats I noticed I felt really fresh and like I hadn't even started working yet. I think I found me a winner here.​
Drive
Dosed 4-2. I think the drive is really helping me from not overworking myself. I know my body is sore, but my CNS seems fresh and my lifts keep going up so I know I am not overtraining or becoming stagnant. I also want to note that after my second dose today I mowed my lawn and I was sweating after doing it, which is abnormal considering its like 60F here and I am not a big sweater by any means.​

Appetite was also way up today, but I ate well today because of my graduation/mothers day. I probably ate a pound of eye of round steak, also salmon, scallops, and crab throughout the day, hopefully the extra protein will help me recover so I can hit the weights ballz to the wallz tomorrow.​

Dosed 2. I just took a couple in the morning to get me going, it gave me a nice little wake up and inspired me to clean up my house a little while waiting for breakfast to cook. Was going to take another cap later in the day but I decided to nap instead because I figured the extra sleep would help me recover quicker​

I did a lot of stretching between sets today, and it seemed to help me get a better pump towards the end of my workout. I am really going to focus on trying to stretch between every set from now on and see if that enhances recovery/hypertrophy. Also I have been a little more active with my foam roller the last few days so I am hoping that will help too. I probably should just come up with an ED morning or night routine for the roller because it really is an outstanding piece of equipment. If anyone has no clue what I am talking about I would be happy to explain more through PM's​

Dosed 4. I staggered my dosing again today, 3 caps one hour before lifting and 1 cap 20 minute before lifting. This actually gives you a pretty cool effect because about half way through your workout you start to notice to you really get focused and intense. When you take the whole dose at once, you notice the energy and thermogenics from the RPM throughout the workout but I notice my intense focus starts to fade as I workout because I am talking with my workout partner etc. With the staggered dose it seems like half way through the workout I really develop a strong mind and muscle connection and finish out really strong.​
Drive
Dosed 4-2. Nothing new to report today, I am happy though that the effects have yet to diminish. I am really enjoying my mood while on the Drive and wish I would have taken a larger dose throughout to see if the feeling would have been even stronger. I am officially a Drive junkie looking for a fix now lol.​

Yeah the thinking more clearly part is a nice little extra effect that comes long with using DRIVE. Not only do you start to feel a better mind-muscle connection, but your able to feel more balanced overall. Actually that is one of my favorite effects from DRIVE...its like my focus with anything I put my mind to is dead on...its great! :head:

Maybe a rep can chime in and tell me how long your body stays saturated for after the 50days, if not I will have to research​

Dosed 4. Still working strong, I did get a random nose bleed after lifting today, so I am going to check my blood pressure hopefully tonight. Theres a good chance it can just be from allergies but it never hurts to check so I will keep you guys updated.​

Dosed 4-2. Well I have yet to open my second bottle of drive, because I had a bunch of samples that I used up first (Thanks Again Lanbane and Dirk for hooking me up at the Arnold) So any who I am thinking about upping my dose for the remainder of the cycle. I have to count exactly what I have left but I am pretty sure I can do the last two weeks of the cycle at 8caps ED. Looking forward to it, I like how Drive effects me now so hopefully the higher dose will be even more noticeable.​

Dosed 2-1-1. Soreness 6/10. Had a good nights sleep, about 10 hours, so that really helped my body recover. I have definitely noticed a stronger pump when taking the XF with coconut oil when I do the double up before lifting compared to just taking it without other fats. I am looking a little bigger but when I weighed myself today I was at 220, nice recomp I hope. I will try to get some measurement up in the next couple days​
RPM
Dosed 2-1. I had a lot of energy this morning as it was so I just took two RPM's before my workout and one later in the day. After my tabada I was wishing I had taken more but my energy picked right back up. Still noticed positive effects on energy and endurance with the small dose, just a little more mellow. Also checked my BP last night and today and it was not elevated so I am guessing my nosebleed was just from the weather.​
Drive
Dosed 4-2. I noticed my face has been pretty oily the last couple days, noticed a couple pimples today, not a huge breakout but a few non the less. The drive has seemed to really be helping me get better sleep and have more energy throughout the day. It is like it fine tuned my internal cycle, I have energy right up until about 11pm then I am out like a light by 12. Wake up the next morning around 8 ready to go, when I don't wake up to my alarm though I usually sleep a little longer, like today.​
 
Quick questions for the AppNutz, I have enough Drive to finish out the last 13 days at 8caps ED compared to 6 caps. Is there any downfall to ramping up the dose for the final stretch, I know you guys recommend loading up at the beginning of the run, but what about going out with a bang lol.

Dosed 2-1-1. Soreness 3/10. Surprisingly enough I was sore after yesterdays workout, and I am not to bad after this one either. Today was my highest calorie day out of the week so I think that helped with recovery from this session. I still notice that I get a much more visible pump during my training which is awesome though, really helps put your mind into your workout, as vein as that may sound.​
RPM
Dosed 4 Pre-Workout. I absolutely through threw my first two lifts today, I actually was getting pissed because it took so long to get the right height on doing the suspended stuff that I finally just said F*** it and used a length that was two or three inches to low, I just wanted to lift. Had a mean sweat going towards the end of the session which is always rewarding as well.​
Drive
Dosed 4-2. Well only one more day of 6 drive ED than its up to 8!! Can't wait to see if I notice a difference. I must say the Drive is really helping with recovery, it really completes this stacks and kind of does the dirty work without the glory.​

X-Factor
Dosed 2-1-1 Soreness 2/10. Had a nice day of recovery yesterday, but my glutes felt a little tight today hence the 2/10. I have been dosing the 2 X-factor right when I wake up with a little coconut oil, then I hit snooze for 30 minutes and wake up for my other supps, I like this dosing because I feel like I get the full vasodilation effects of the AA and it doesn't hamper the Drive or RPM at all.​
RPM
Dosed 4. Almost out of the RPM and I must say I am going to miss it...Good thing I stocked up a few months ago lol. I am just starting to get use to the RPM buzz after almost forty days, and by getting use to it I don't mean its losing effects, I just know mean I am expecting to have it hit me the way it does. Honestly this stuff is great, and is definitely in my Favorite's list.​
Drive
Dosed 5-3. Well I upped my dose today and did not experience any GI issue so I am pretty happy about that, I was expecting at least a little extra gas after taking five but did not get any. After taking the second dose I noticed a pretty decent rise in body temperature and a slight mood lift. I will be able to judge the higher dose better in a few days once I get it going through my body a bit.​
Side Note
While I was doing my BP with chains today I got approached by an older guy who started talking with me, long story short he and a few of his buddies are all competitive Benchers and he asked me to train with them. I guess a one of the guys is a 700lb presser and is going for a state record in a few weeks, this could be my chance to get serious, sorry for the random story but I am pretty excited to GFH​

Actually I haven't really noticed anything from them, my elbow was a little sore a couple weeks ago but that went away quickly. I am eating a good amount of fats so I think that is keeping them lubed up nicely.

Dosed 1-1-1-1 Soreness 9/10. Holy Sh@t I feel like I got hit by a Mac truck today. My whole upper body is killing from yesterday. My cleans could have been better today but I kept messing up the catch because my arms and back were sore. I have been walking like an idiot since lifting this morning too so I imagine I am going to be hurting tomorrow lol I better get out the foam roller tonight​
RPM
Dosed 4. Well I though today was going to be a bad workout because of my cleans. Little did I know I was going to get mad and aggressive and break a PR on my squats. I literally felt the RPM kick in after my first set of squats and I had a killer workout after that. I guess it was just to early in the AM for cleans...Once again RPM proves to be one of my all time favorites.​
Drive
Dosed 5-3. Well I noticed today that my muscles feel more hard and dense than normal. Recovery and endurance was amazing today as well. I haven't really noticed the libido effects though for the past week. I did notice a huge rise in body temp during my workout though today, and of course the strength increase in my squats was a very welcomed side.​
 
keep up the good work. I really wanna try some x-factor again as it treated me very well when i used it last.

X-Factor
Dosed 1-1-1-1. Soreness 8/10. I really noticed the AA pump effect today, my back felt huge. Stretching in between sets really seemed to help achieve the pump, and maintained it longer. I have noticed one thing about x-factor, don't take it with diet soda! I get some burps after this combo that are horrid tasting.​
RPM
Dosed 4. Nothing really new here, RPM is like Sex Panther it works 60% of the time everytime..JK it always works, My favorite pre workout product hands down​
Drive
Dosed 5-3. Aggression was crazy on the weights today, but my overall mood is very pleasent. Its almost like I can hit a switch and get mad during training but the second I walk out of the gym I am the most laid back dude. Muscle density is really pronounced too, I feel like I am flexing all the time.​

Did a bunch of complexes today, which are basically three or four lifts preformed one after another to equal one rep. Like my first one was Deadlift>Squat Thrust>Clean>Press Repeat for additional reps. I did to many variations to list here.​

Dosed 2-1-1. Soreness 8/10. My back felt absolutely huge today, just from my lifting yesterday. Definitely noticed a little more growth in my biceps as well. I am actually getting to the point where the soreness of one part of my body is affecting the workout of my other body parts lol. Just to let everyone know though, don't be afraid of it, its not painfully sore just a really pumped and tight feeling.​

Dosed 4. I kind of forget what a non RPM workout feels like, I just remember they were never this good. Still impressing me 40+ days into the log.​
Drive
Dosed 5-3 . Libido is back up today, I must say my sleep has been excellent while taking drive and I wake up with so much energy. Not much else to say, but if everyone wants a good laugh, I split my pants during my first exercise today and luckily had a pair of shorts in my car to change into. But after they split I finished my set and tried to walk away like nothing happened but when I turned to leave the gym I seen three woman pointing and laughing at my hairy @ss lol​

Dosed 1-1-1-1 Soreness 7/10. Whole body was a little sore today, Looking forward to my rest day Sunday, but I got to get through tomorrow first. I am really curious to how X-Factor and Cissus would work together, and since I have a ton of cissus and am suppose to be getting some X-F soon I am going to do another log in the fall to compare it to the results of this one. I am also looking forward to seeing how long the AA stays built up in my system, I like having DOMS again lol.​
RPM
Dosed 4. I am going to stop reporting on the RPM unless something new happens just because it has worked every time since the beginning, and the cumulative effects have been consistent for the last couple weeks. Don't worry though I will give a final review at the end of the log for my beloved RPM.​
Drive
Dosed 5-3. Really vivid dreams during a nap today, almost scary how realistic they were, it was right after my second dose. I was expecting the upping of my dosage to effect my GI system somewhat, but I have not noticed anything negative, not even the normal forslean gas. I honestly love how Drive is keeping my nervous system fresh, allowing me to train at my hardest for the past 40+days now without any deloading what so ever.​

Dosed 2-1-1. Soreness 8/10. Definitely felt this workout later in the day, My hips are absolutely done, I don't think I have ever felt my hips be sore after a workout, but the combination of box squats and X-F did it to me. Strength went up in my Good Mornings today so I am pretty happy about that.​
Drive
Dosed 5-3. So just when I though I wasn't having any more forslean gas I decided to eat eggs after my second serving. Wow was I letting some bad ones go throughout the night. Really noticed the oxygen utilization and breathing help of the Drive today. I was practicing hold air in my stomach while squatting and it seemed really easy to fill up my gut with air and hold it for a little while. I also have noticed increased overall body heat the last few days at the higher doses.​
