Dosed 2-1-1. Soreness 6/10. My back was a little sore today and my chest was still pretty rough as well. I got a little bit more noticable pumped feeling today and I also looked pretty pumped at the end of my workout. I upped my calories mainly with protein and a little more fat today so hopefully that will help. BTW a little recipe for anyone needing fat and protein. 2 cans of tuna + 1 whole egg + Emeril's essence seasoning+ 2 or 3 tbsp of oat bran mixed together and fried in a little coconut oil equals damn good tuna burgers.
RPMDosed 4 Pre-Workout. Honestly I think this is the only reason I had any strength in my chest today. I was still pretty sore and this morning I did a couple push-ups to test the water and I did not think I was going to make it through the routine today. Long story short RPM once again kicks @ss
DriveDosed 4-2. Starting to notice my skin looks healthier, don't exactly know why but the Drive may be helping. Also I had some of the most vivid dreams today because I took a quick nap right after training.
