Only thing about it is the smell is very strong and similar to icy hot...so my other choice is a blend I make from essential oils that has worked wonders on my hip pain. Yumm! We just recently found a local brick oven place that is amazing! Luckily, it’s kinda out of the way so we don’t go very often.This is only a few times a year, so I really enjoy one when we have it !!

OK, I am half way through the bottle, I can't say I have had great pumps everyday, but I have had a few, I probably owe @brundel an apologue, I was not the best candidate to run this log as I have not been able to get Great Pumps in the last 5 years, I blame it on my age but who know why. The one thing I have noticed and enjoyed is the full felling I have in my muscles and I do look bigger (In the right places), I feel bigger too. (Great motivation) So bottom line I do like the product !!

I did not keep track of nutrition today, I was at my nephew's wedding. I did eat plenty of Smoked Chicken and Brisket !!
Today was the only day I tried (2) Han Swolo I with mu Pre Workout meal and one Pre Workout, I will say I felt Like I was able to give 110% during my workout and I was spent by the end. I have a vein that when I get really lean or really pumped that runs down the center of my abs that shows and after this workout I saw it peaking out for the first time in quit awhile.

Last week I skipped leg day do to knee pain, @love2liftkat suggested a topical pain reliever, I was talking to a customer at work and he told me he recently sold a Patten for one he created, he offered to go home and get me a bottle. I tried it this morning and made it through my workout with out any pain. Now I must admit I went light and high reps, but in the past even that would have hurt.
