I took my second does of pBOLD & FORM=XT at 4pm before dinner.
I think I had about (3) cheat Days last week and it showed up on the scale, need to get back in the groove this week. The Vascularity and muscle definition is really getting better, I am pretty excited as I think I may be in about the best shape of my life!
