Leg Curls (1) 25x15 This was the only and last set of curls, I got some really bad hamstring cramps, got out the foam roller and worked them, but I was afraid to do anymore Hamstring movements. I had squats next on the list, but did not want to do anything heavy incase them were to cramp again. so I did
Squats 5 sets of 20 reps with 95lbs - My legs really felt pumped even several hours later, going up and down step seams to be getting harder as the day go's on!!

I got a rare day off work today I slept in almost 2 hours (felt great) Today is also my 25th Wedding Anniversary . My wife and I meet at a 4th of July party, I ask her to marry me at the same party the following year, and than a year latter we got married, did not tell anyone and than showed up at the same party again and thanked them for hosting out wedding reception !! And as corny as it sounds I still love her just as much and maybe more today. I am a Happy - Lucky guy!!

Not really, You lay face up on a flat bench, arms down to your side (DB almost touch floor) and curl up, I get a great stretch in m y bis from them.

Yes stronger sides effect health and we already have stuff to deal with. It gets very hard to maintain gains when the shutdown is strong especially as you age.
