It has only been 3 days since I upped my dose of pBOLD to (3) per day, I have not noticed any difference yet from 2x per day. Two of the "Advertised" effects of the pBOLD are increased appetite and lean muscle builder, I can say I have not noticed any increase in appetite (good thing for me) but I do believe I have lost some fat and gained some lean mass. I am very happy with this supplement so far!

Looking awesome Rocket!! Abs are really coming through!!

It seams to be very mild and I have experienced no sides at 2 so why not try 3 ? I have not noticed any increase in hunger (which is a good thing for me) I am leaning out nicely and I am able to get extra reps on almost all movement. So far Very Happy!! Thank you for your insight !!

Heavy is a relative thing, if you train at maximum tension you may end up taking weight off the bar. Remember bodybuilders try and make the motion more difficult to increase tension which is at odds of a lifter who is trying to achieve higher numbers.

Yah not dramatic with the changes but still based on the fact that there is almost no shutdown, gains are easily maintained. In the long run it tends to even out.

How are the joints feeling on the pBOLD?
I am 57 years old and have a problem with joint pain, but I do believe the pBold has lessened the pain. I have been have more lower back pain than usually but I can not say it is related. I tried arachidonic acid (ARA) for awhile and the joint pain was almost unbearable!

My lower back / left hip have been hurting (pretty bad) the last week or two, I was going to skip the shrugs this week but just could not do it, so I keep them light and went for max reps. I went to the chiropractor but only seamed to help for a day. I do not remember hurting or pulling it at any time, not sure what's going on ?

I am writing this on Sunday morning, today is Rest Day and I usually do my yard work on Sunday but it is raining and the wife and I have our Grandson for the day. I will try to find something fun for the two us to do. Hopefully it will quit rain long enough for us to take a walk, that is one of him favorite things to do with Pop!

One of my problems with gaining muscle is I am afraid to gain some fat, being a former fatty and having lost 85lbs 30 years ago I am always worried about "Getting Fat" again. I am going to try to come up with a plan for this fall/winter to put on some muscle mass without gaining to much fat. The pBOLD have been very good a help me stay lean and strong and I am sure if I would up my calories a bit I could gain some mass. If anyone has a good winter plan, that they think would help with my goals, please let me know!!

Great work in here. IForce Joint Help is one supplement that does miracles for my joint issues. I add glucosamine into the mix. One cap of each per day has my joints feeling great. GLCDirect dot com.
