You never asked my opinion and like you said if it's not something I can roll with or relate to then I should butt out. If your genuinely happy doing this then roll with it. Wasn't so much about coming across as an egotistical douchebag fuckboy more so about weather you are doing this to delay, hide or simply not have to think about the things you need to actually do to move on. Some people use alcohol for a similar purpose and it's mentally unhealthy. That was all, I'm not trying to be your dad or anything. Cheating on someone in my eyes is some of the lowest scum of the earth stuff someone can do. I've been on the receiving end of it and it takes a while to realise that your the better person, you didn't deserve it and nothing they do from now on is gonna effect you one way or another. She is possibly doing stuff just to get to you, the social media stuff etc. But you know what? She fucked up, and it just shows she is still obsessed with you so, take your time and enjoy being physically and emotionally free. The world is yours to do with what you will.

It is highly possible to use cheap hookups and partying to deal with a bad break up and prolong dealing with it. Is it the number one most healthy? Probably not.

Who cares if it’s not the self-empowered, self-focused, self improved, honorable rated pg version. It’s the filthy slutty road trip version.
I think where we are losing people along the way might be out of the respect for women. Which of course I respect them just as much. But BELIEVE ME, they go through breakups, divorces, and phases in life, where they make us look like choir boys. Yeah I went through something kind of similar. I was with my girl 3 years or so, but we did have a kid together. One day, she just stopped coming home, I didn’t see her or hear from her for 3 days. I lost 20 pounds in a just a few weeks.

I’m not gonna judge what you’re doing, but at the end of the day, just focus on yourself. For me, that ended up being me focusing back on the gym more, now I’m bigger and stronger than ever now that I don’t have that bitch stressing me out all the time. I do understand the points these guys are making here, but you need to really decide what’s gonna make you happy. As long as you aren’t hurting anyone, which it doesn’t seem like you are, I don’t see any issue.

Update: got a shitload of sleep last night. Feel much better, head alot clearer. Yesterday was bad. Somehow by ex hacked by email, then my FB account. IDK WTF she did after that bc cant log in. I figured she was trying to get ahold of my contacts and try to ruin all of my relationships like she did before. I figured she would somehow get in touch with Ll my lady friends......Dude I had a fucking panic attack, was shaking, hyperventilating, broke out sobbing like a bitch at the sheriffs office when I filed the report.

She has already called all my friends and their wives talking all kinds of **** about me being a junky and I **** prostitutes and have aids n ****. YEAH. So no telling wtf she did. But you know, idgaf. I've got 2 real friends in this world, and they'll never turn on me so **** that bitch.

Ain't gonna lie though, I've got some very dark thoughts about getting back at this bitch. If she knew what was good for her she would stay TF out my ****. That's all I'm gonna say.

Enough of my drama, still on 25mg a day trest, 2mg letro. Putting on some good weight, getting a lot stronger. Sleep has sucked and diet good but not on point. I got my hands on some more kpins so I'm sleeping good and eating better.

Seeing ole girl tonight. She is acting like she wants something long term. Shes big fine and cool af but idk if I'm ready to be tied down already. Prolly not but who TF knows.

I’m going to agree with a lot of this having been on and off almost every dating site since 2010.
However, the women that you have to play these games with are the biggest waste of time for anything but a hook up. All rules you stated apply to them. They are the attention seeking whores that if I get outta the game in a relationship for 2 years, and get back on that site, they are STILL there. It’s been my experience that if you find a woman that clearly doesn’t belong on there and is a straight keeper, one you want to lock down, nothing in this world works better than the old “I deleted my profile because I want to see where this goes”. They just gobble that shyt up. Granted this is only applying to 3-5% on there, the rest you really do have to play the games with. That’s lead to so many dead ends other than some one or two times ass.

She is psychotic. She tells everyone I was the one cheating and she kicked me out.

Shes still obsessed with me. Anytime I mention a date or something she get really angry and tries to make me feel like a slut for being with other girls. Day before yesterday she was talking about how she was finally happy and to leave her alone. So to **** with her I said I'm happy for you. I found someone too and she keeps me very happy and satisfied. That's what sparked the social media hack. Shes trying to hunt her down so she can split us up

I got it. I'm not a fool. Maybe a lil delirious from lack of sleep but I'm approaching with caution especially with what I just went through. I have a good feeling tho. Couple potential red flags but we really click and have so much in common its creepy. But you guys are right and I agree with yall. I'll prolly keep her around for a while at least. She makes my ex looks like a dog and that is gonna **** with her hard.

Man that stuff is intense. Be the better person though, tell her your happy for her. Don't tell her anything about you. Don't say you have met anyone, if it's her hounding you then ask why. It will piss her off more if your calm, collected and kind. Of she asks you if your screwing someone just say you think it's best not to discuss it.

The fact she is being like this means she is still not happy with her new guy, if she was she would not be interested in making your life hell.

As hard as it is, don't bother getting revenge, don't obsess over her (or at least don't let on you are) that's what she wants you to do. It would show her that she is getting to you and play into her hands.

I’m legit happy for you if that’s how someone you spent a decade with treats you in a matter of a month’s time.
The only woman that’s been that shitty to me is my ex wife and for the past 10 years, I have woke up daily and thanked God she’s out of my life. Genuine pos exes we got here..

I agree with everyone who said you need to be the stronger person and forget revenge, and forget engaging with her or firing her up further - even though she deserves it. The best revenge is overwhelming success. That doesn’t mean rubbing it in people’s faces - if you get satisfaction from that, their opinion of you still has power over you.

True happiness is achieving a state where their opinion no longer even matters to you. You have moved on and are happy with your own life and endeavors. I know that’s not where you are, and it takes time, but for this to be realized eventually it starts with your decisions TODAY about how to act and hold yourself.

It’s time for Ricky to do Ricky, move beyond his old rusty ball n’ chain, and cultivate friendships and relationships that are mutually empowering and satisfying.

Hell yeah man thanks for taking the time to encourage. And you're absolutely right. Like I said I havent been myself lately but I feel like I'm back on track. Even though my train might not be firing on all cylinders lol.

Just remember everyone here has got your back. There will be times when you have logged off, your sitting alone, mind working overtime and your gonna get yourself worked up to the point where your gonna want to contact her in some way, either to hurl abuse, slag off her man, ask why she cheated, ask why she is doing what she is doing. I guarantee that will end with you regretting doing it, if not imediately then definitely the next day. Use the forum to vent, pm people if you like, no one here is gonna push you away.
