RickRock's smashing past 200 with BEAST/EPI bridge and RLS Dermacrine!!

keep them gains coming big guy! btw, would you suggest running S4 after the osta? i imagine if S4 lives up to its claim then i can just recomp / cut during the summer without doing another oral cycle.

I'm planning on bridging into S4 and will probably run S4 6-8 weeks as long as I'm getting results

s4 & NTBM Bridge stacked when everything else runs out. Add some creatine and you should hold all the gains and lean out quite a bit from the s4.

Ya throw some Need2Slin & Gear in there too. SOme DAA maybe. SHeeeeeiiiiit.

Yeh bro that's exactly what I'm doing. Already got Need2slin, I have GEAR on the way...and I'm also using some AT-2 and lean xtreme :sgrin:

Just a quick update...

Things are still going great. Strength is still way up and have set a couple more PRs but strength has kinda tapered off some this week. That's fine as long as I maintain my strength and muscle mass I'm happy.

I've dropped a little more weight over last few days as I think I'm continuing to lean out without lowering Cal's. ( I've been at around 3500 ) woke up this morning to 194.5 on the scale, and I continue to look leaner through arms shoulder and chest area. Vascularity is farther up and a Tad bit more definition in those areas.
I haven't noticed too much if anything lately in the midsection, but that seems to be the last area for me to see progress.

Starting next week I will be entering my new lean gains diet and ill post up the details of that sometime this weekend.

For now its off to the gym to kill some legs....:D

great fuggin log man. I was think of running hdrol for 8 weeks, but for the last 3 weeks adding in SD and Dermacrine and upping the cals.

Thanks man!!

Just a thought here though....don't run that cycle for longer than six weeks, and run SD first and bridge into HDROL. You can run Dermacrine through the whole cycle or just the SD portion...your choice.

If you want to run those then this is how I would...

SD: 10/20/20
HDROL: 0/0/50/75/75/100

Interested in the diet.. Damn man you workout early! A pre workout is a must I would assume? Or a ****load of coffee!

I second that.

Diet is key and you obviously know what you are doing. Let's see what you got cooked up for a PCT diet.

This wouldn't be to bad but HDrol take a long time to kick in I thin he would do better too start the HDrol the second week and maybe only go up to 75 mg. If he had more Hdrol then I would say get up to 100 and use the HDrol from the start. Just depends on how much he has. 5-6 weeks minimum though for an HDrol run to be effective. Also run that Derma all the way through. The testes aren't going to start producing again once the SD is gone and HDrol is less androgenic than SD so it will actually be worse since he shut himself way down already with the SD. I would even say wait to start the Derma until a week or so in when the lethargy and stuff start kicking in. If you are going longer than 4 weeks make sure to run something with fadogia in it, like HCGenerate or if you can't afford that TForce.

Hell yeh bro. N2KTS is a godsend at 5:30 am
Wow 5:30 is about the time I finish up and get in the sauna for stretching. Lucky bastard! LOL N2KTS does the trick though.

Starting my last week of PCT, and I'm going to be switching gears a bit tomorrow...I will be starting a new diet and training routine geared around fat loss with some lean muscle gain.

It is the "LEAN GAINS" diet that Kleen is currently on, and he is the inspiration and motivation behind my choice to give it a try.

In a nutshell it is basicly a 16 hr. fast every day with an 8 hr. window during which time you will consume all your food and calories, where no cals are consumed during the fasting period. During the 8 hr. feeding time insulin sensitivity is way up, and it creates a very anabolic event.

There will be 3 weight training days per week that cals and carbs are a little higher, and 3 cardio only days where cals and carbs are lower.

10g BCAA's are consumed upon waking (pre-workout), post workout, and then 2 hours later which is 2 hours before the eating window begins.

8 hr. window each day will be from 12pm-8pm

My training and cals will look like this...

Monday:Chest/Tris
2800-3k cals with 300-350 carbs,

Tuesday: Cardio
2200-2300 cals/around 150g carbs

Wednesday: Back/Bi's
2800-3k cals/300-350g carbs

Thursday: Cardio
2200-2300 cals/ 150g carbs

Friday: Shoulders/Legs
2800-3k cals/ 300-350g carbs

Saturday: Cardio
2200-2300 cals/ 150g carbs

Sunday: Rest
2200-2300 cals/ 150g carbs

I may switch my weight training routine to a version of the warrior workout that Kleen sent me, but this is how I'm starting for now.

I'm toying with the idea of starting a new thread for this and log my progress, but I am still undecided on that, so I will just update here for now.:firedevil:

Looks excellent! Can't wait to see the results.

that 8 hour eating, 16 hour fast with 3 days of cardio sounds interesting. i might just steal that idea from yall.

It sounds like it is a really great diet for melting away fat, and building some LBM at the same time..

If it is something you would like to know more about check out Kleens log

First day of Lean gains went very well. The only thing I didn't expect was how it can be difficult getting everything ate in 8 hrs. I broke my fast at 12pm and was pretty much full by 3. But I still got everything in I needed today. I had 14oz of steak, whole grain spaghetti with lean ground beef, green beans, rice, a cup of oats, 4 total scoops of whey, and some yogurt and a banana. It netted me 2900 Cal's for the day with about 290g protein and 285g of carbs for the day. Everything was pretty close to where I wanted it and not too bad for the first day.

The workout today was so so. Strength was down a little, but maybe it was because I had no preworkout carbs in me like I was used to. Only BCAAs

Tomorrow morning is cardio. My first cardio day in a good while since I've been bulking for 6 months now. Looking forward to it :)

I'm really digging my appearance right now. I've been continuing to lean out and it will only increase with this diet and the help of some new supplements I've added :D I really think I look better now than I ever did on cycle. Sitting at 194 at the moment

The supplements I added in today are:

Need2slin
GEAR
lean xtreme
Alpha T-2

wow dude, you are able to drop weight quick. did you use to wrestle or something? taking weight off me is like getting superglue off your fingers.

Yeh man I actually did wrestle all through high school and I can cut weight pretty quick when I start cardio and cut cals

Good Stuff man, speaking of how well this works cutting. I put up another pic under the one from last week in my log and in 1 week later the difference is pretty noticeable, and I had a pump in the pics from before. Might help motivate you through the first few fasts training in the mornings knowing how effective it is. Man I am telling you if you think you can handle the intensity of the Warrior you are going to cut up so fast you won't believe it and will still grow. 3 full body workouts a week will also increase you testosterone levels naturally. Squatting Dead Lifting multiple times a week does this actuall due to the overal stress from that intense a workout will increase the testosterone, but as you can tell you do all compound exercises. Give it a shot man you will be impressed. I used it all the way up to my contest. Gained LBM all the way up to 5% BF before I stopped adding LBM and got down to 4.

Yeh man it does look pretty bad a$$ and I'm thinking of trying it out next week or the week after and see how it does. It does look a little brutal though...lol

3rd day on Lean Gains diet and everything is getting easier by the day. I am really enjoying the diet and the fast is not bothering me. I'm kinda enjoying it actually. I spent the last 6 months trying to bulk and eat every 2 hours...a nice break from the chore of packing away food all day long is a plus..

Ive adjusted my macros a little from the plan. I'm going for 200-250g carbs on weight days instead of 300-350 and I'm doing 100-150 on cardio days instead of 200-250. This allows me to increase my protein where I want it without raising Cal's.

Workout was great. Still strength way up and did Back/biceps and was able to hit the same weight and reps as previous week or 2.

Good move shifting the macros. It is an extra metobolic process to convert protein to energy rather than carbs but carbs can't be turned into protein.

I feel ya on eating being a chore. It can really get effing old after a while....only bc I want to eat packs of cookies but instead I eat totally clean and eating 3000+cals clean.....chore, but totally worth it. :)

Smart move my man :)

Oh it is Brutal, many a person has tossed their cookies during the first week myself included. After the second week your conditioning improves enough you start seeing weight increases and from there it is just intense and fun.

Good stuff, I had a feeling you would adjust the carbs down. You are in my range now. However most of the time I am closer to 100g on non training and the 200-250 stands pretty constant. Cut has gone to a recomp again with cut like fat loss. Man I love this!!!

I'm loving it too man. I know its early for me but I can already tell a difference in body composition. Nothing drastic, but just a little less hanging from my chest and the belly is definitely down and not as bloated. I'm sure decreasing carbs contributed mostly to it, but it still nice seeing the belly shrink.

I haven't seen my ABS in a while, and I miss it. Can't wait to see them again!!

Bingo. I think a lot of guys would be surprised how much bloat the carry around all the time.
My best friend has started moving towards eating Primal type stuff all the time and I'm giving him recipes and everything he needs. He has been carb-less (grainless is probably the better word bc fruits and veggies still ok on Primal ) for the same time as you and he is saying the SAME thing.
He already sees a difference.

This diet seems solid though and any good diet changes your lifestyle and the way your THINK about eating. All of that is time, but it is nice to see some quick progress so soon! Good job, bro.

Btw, there is a post over in Kleen's log that if you get a chance I'd like you to chime in on. I'm curious about this diet. :11:

Its catching a lot of attention. Are you taking the BCAAs too when fasting?

I'm loving it man...just loving it. First week and I've already had to tighten the belt up a loop!

Yeah this is officially the Shiznit!

As my PCT comes to a close in a couple days, I'd like to thank all of you for stopping in my log and supporting me.

Due to the interest stirring up in the Lean Gains diet, I have started a new log with that in mind and would love to have you all stop in!!
