After a year of cutting I was down to 159 and decided to try to bulk. I started bulking at 165 and followed the plan pretty much to a T. I gained 25 pounds, and people started asking me if I was on the juice. High school friends didn't recognize me and said I looked like I could beat them up!
So it's been pretty great. I plan now to try to go down to 170 and then start bulking again. My #1 goal is just to be as ripped as possible. I'm gonna take a couple weeks to bring my cals down 1000 a day (to go minus 500 cal) and start the cardio.
