For the last couple of weeks I have been waking up every couple of hours to pee. Not sure what's causing this. Possibly taking in too much water? Doesn't seem like that should be the case though

Any guy over 35 they say should be getting prostate checks every few years they say.

Definitely not what I wanted to get swole! Going to get into the doc this week

It's seriously probably the increased androgens - hypertrophy of the prostate is a common side for a lot of guys on steroid cycles. Fortunately, this is temporary & reverses after the cycle. My last cycle had lots of 1-dhea (and 4dhea) along with Msten, & I was peeing every 30-45 min at work and about 3x at night. PCT hits & I was back to normal.

I'm not saying you shouldn't see a doc if you're worried, but if you don't tell him you're on exogenous hormones he might misdiagnose your condition.

Ya I'm sure it's probably just due to the cycle. Prostate problems do not run in my family.

Well, that is good I suppose. You may also need to increase salts to keep the water in, otherwise you will just keep peeing it out.

Oh ya for sure I appreciate it. My salt intake is pretty low. Never even thought about that.
 
Really starting to pack on some size. Muscles are definitely harder, and appear fuller as well. Vascularity is more pronounced, especially in my front delt/upper chest area. Trained back today and with having no joint pain what so ever was able to hit a pr on rack pulls!!

Feeling so damn good I'm about to hit up some shoulder training. Took 1 1/2 scoops Enhanced and will be sipping on PF3 intra.

I actually took a page from your training. Went with some GVT. I like it, although I can't bring myself to rest for the entire minute so went with 30 second rests.

Seated Db Presses
40x10x10 3 second pause at the top

Seated Front Raises
25x10x10 3 second pause

Face Down Incline Rear Delt Raises
20x15x5

Db Shrugs
90x10x6

Finished up with 20lb db jabs, 15 sec on 30 sec rest for 3 rounds. This literally killed my arms :)

Thanks Hyde, I'm amazed at how good I've felt lately. Generally when I'm on cycle my elbows really hurt, hasn't been the case here. So I figure now's the time to try to go heavy.

Sorry I've been a little behind on my log the last couple of days. Seems the back day and then leg day whipped my ass. Took yesterday off and going to try and get some training in today. Used AMS's 4-AD 2 cycles now, last one much more extensively. I can tell you that 4 tabs/day was the sweet spot for me, divided evenly. 2 was kind of weak & 6 was diminishing returns. But if you get the dose right it's a fine product. On Iron Mag Lab's 4-Andro Rx at 300mg/day right now & it's alright but the AMS stuff works out to be cheaper & was more effective at 2 tabs/day. Would use AMS's over IML's now, although I doubt either can compete with AndroFactory's delivery system & quality. But AMS is definitely the better budget option than IML's. AF if topshelf is the desire.

You'll enjoy 4dhea - just really helps maintain decent energy & libido on suppressive compounds like Tvar & Halo.

Thanks buddy, I was hoping to get some help with dosing. Did you dose 2 and 2 or 1 every few hours?
 
Tried both - 1 every few hours is the way to go. 3 total, 1 at bfast, lunch, & dinner as after-meal mints should be great & last you 20 days. You may find yourself ordering a 2nd bottle lol

so you are using the dhea as a support for the tren and halo? still confused about dhea, not sure where to slate it. prohormone? support supp? i am thinking using it as a fuel injector . WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS.
