Reggie's Swole Stack Halo/Tren/Dermacrine

Neck is still pretty damn stiff, which really sucked during training but I think maybe I kept my form a little stricter due to this problem. I was short on time today so cut it in half by doing a tri set and a couple of quick cluster sets.
Weight is 177

Standing Db Curls/Incline Curls/Spider Db Curls

CLUSTER SETS
Preacher Curls DB
Right Arm 50x4x10 10 second rests between
Left Arm 50x10x4 10 second rests between

Hammer Curls
40x4x10 15 second rests between

Starting to get the "on" feeling :) urine is a bit yellow today so will be upping my H2O. Lethargy is still there, still looking for any tips to combat this. Libido is actually increasing or so it seems. BP has continued to be in the normal range.

I always feel like a "fatty" my first couple of weeks on cycle, I'm a little bloated here but this has been a typical thing for me.

It's not - same thing happens to me every time. Even made sure I didn't increase calories or change diet any first week from off-time & STILL got the bloat/fatty look you describe. Buddy notices it for himself as well, FWIW. No idea why it is.

Ya and then around week 3 it's like a total 180 for me
 
So I'm tossing the idea around of running another bottle of Cannibal, 2 caps a day (35mg Halo/30mg Epi) stacked with my bottle of Halo I already had 2 caps a day (50mg) and either running the tren 90mg a day or leaving it out.
So that would be 85mg halo/30mg Epi/ and possibly 90mg tren a day for 4 weeks. Thoughts?
 
Did some fasted shoulder training today. Neck is still fairly stiff but getting better each day. Weight was 176 upon waking.

Seated Db Shoulder Press (cluster)
20x12x2 warm up
45x4x10 10 second rests

Arnold Press

Face Down Incline Rear Delt Raises
30x4x10 10 second rests

10 Pound Db Shadow Boxing
45 seconds on 30 seconds off (3 rounds)
 
Love the weighted shadow boxing. Amazing how this can make you winded, especially holding off until the end. Nice job brother.

I would run it, as far as what I feel safe tolerating in a stack for that timeframe (Tvar included). Just be aware that most people say Tvar doesn't get really good til after the 4wk mark usually.

Ok so maybe continue the Tvar for an extra 2 weeks?

I've been out of town for the last couple of days and not only ate too much candy, also had pizza buffet twice! Damn peer pressure. Pretty wiped out but going to try and get some training in later, feeling pretty guilty haha
 
To point out the obvious, if you're going with 8 sponsored wks of DNA products you should def save the Tvar for a separate 8wk cycle.....nothing healthy at all about a 16wk run lol

Ya I don't think that'd be too good lol. Nothing set in stone yet with DNA. This is turning out to be a play it by ear kinda run
 
Got in some chest training at home today.
Incline cluster sets, flat db bench, flyes on flat, and each angle on the incline. Really sweated my butt off, trying to clean out the junk from the past couple of days :D
 
What are cluster sets?
 
I did 60x4x10 (db) with 15 second rests between sets. Basically take a weight that you can do 10 reps of (higher the weight the better) and break it in to 10 sets of 4 with 10-15 sec rests.

Word. Give a good pump/fatigue?
 
Wanted to quit after 6 but had my daughter counting sets and she knew I was going for 10 so had to dig deep to get em done. Pump is awesome!!

At a local mma competition and a guy literally got his tibia snapped. Foot was pointing backwards. Crazy!!!!

How did he break it?

His opponent went in for a take down and Jon was back peddling to the cage to try and avoid it, and his leg literally snapped. You could hear it throughout the arena. In the replay his leg bent like it was rubber. One of the worst accidents I've seen in sports.

Ouch.....

Strangest and worst I've seen was a guy who broke his leg while executing a low kick, which got blocked(shin ofcourse, just below the knee)

You could see his leg wabbeling on the way back, and he even tried to stand on it....:(

Thanks man! I'm starting to really feel good now. Had a great day at the gym. Really feeling focused and unstoppable!

Had a guy come up to me at the gym and ask how long I've been working out. When I told him he looked at me like I was crazy and asked how old I was. He again couldn't believe it. Definitely a cool feeling!!
