Reduce XT Dosage

During PCT, what is the correct dosage, or ideal dosage, for Reduce XT? First time using it for cortisol control, and the label says 1-2 caps a few times a day.
 
I do 1 cap morning, midday, and night.
 
I usually do 1 AM and 1 PM. 3 a day is optimal but I found 2 to work well for me and extends the product life too!
 
Since the label says 1-2 3X day, when would you suggest 2 caps, 3X a day? Im thinking the last two weeks before my show when I am really trying to dry out.

This is indeed when I would suggest it. Though beware: your joints are going to hurt. Better have some joint support on hand.

This is most likely the only circumstance I would recommend it in. Most people find that 3 to 4 caps/day does an excellent job.

Cortisol is released by the adrenal glands under conditions of high mental and physical stress and high temperatures. and by default on afternoon.

But for PCT all depends of the compound you used and the heavy training did you do.

Remember with the “new muscular fibers” the body will eat all “literally” if you not control cortisol. Cortisol is a catabolic hormone.

The dangers of excess cortisol are:

reduced growth hormone, and testosterone output.
osteoporosis.
reduced muscle and increased abdominal fat.
impaired memory and learning.
reduced glucose utilization.
impaired immunity.

Testosterone and cortisol are also correlated highly with both the volume and intensity of exercise, with a greater magnitude of either corresponding to greater hormone levels; sensitivity to testosterone (by increases in the amount of androgen receptors) is also increased in proportion to the difficulty of the exercise (Raastad et al, 2000; Ahtiainen et al, 2003b; Smilios et al, 2003; Ratamess et al, 2005).

My advice like all other respectable members in this post is

1-2 cap on wake up
1 cap on mid day
1-2 before bed

VERY good post! So, sounds like you would also endorse using Reduce during say recomps, (outside of a PCT sitch)...as training vol/intensity goes up and eating in a slight to moderate caloric surplus....?

Absolutely! when dieting the body become super stressful (Fat loss=calorie restriction) or if you are on maintenance phase Intake of AA+CHO has been demonstrated to reduce blood levels of cortisol post-exercise (Bird et al 2006a). so low the dose 2 caps ;)

you can go as high as 6,however I would not really suggest that for most.

3 a day should work VERY well and has worked very well.

even 1 in am and 1 about 12 hrs later works really well too. lot of options with Reduce XT
 
Yo the dosing update last was 2011 lol any new updates. Just started to cut. I'm on anabolic xt and gw with the usual x gels and PA preworkout. I want max cut help

The label dosage is 1 capsule 3x per day.

On a cut, depending on budget, some people do 2 to 3 caps 3x per day.

That used to be very popular back around the time of this thread, then didn't hear much about it for awhile, and then this year a lot of people have been dosing it like that again.
 
Thanks I'm trying three a day first. It hit real quick. I have a light feeling kind of like ephedrine energy.. Is the only thing I can compare too. Does that sound right or am I nuts ha. I thought it would take a while for the cortisol effects but I definitely feel like I can stay awake now in the afternoon. I just wanted to sleep before... Workout crashes.

The response can be very individualized and depend on how high cortisol levels are.

For people with high levels and also during times of stress, you can see results quick.

Some people may not notice energy at all and some people may notice a very good feel good type energy like you're explaining - not a jacked up stim type energy, but just feeling better and more productive.
 
I am using Reduce XT for roughly the last week. The one I notice the most is the cap b4 bed. I sleep like a rock. I am running PCT right now and sleep has been an issue when I forgot the evening cap.

I might have to run Reduce XT and Sleep Support XT to see how that works for my nightly routine!
 
Interesting I take zma for sleep. How can it helpe sleep bit also give me energy in the day 😂

By helping with cortisol levels - having a better cortisol level can help you feel better and more energized during the day, but also help you rest and sleep better at night :)

Edit - that's if you're asking in regard to Reduce XT.
If you're asking in regard to ZMA XT, then the answer would be that it helps you relax and sleep better.

That is correct - you would need to see results over time with that.

I agree with you that I feel better and less stressed after taking Reduce XT - I was just trying to explain the method of action that is known; there may be, and I think there is more that may not be definitively known bc its always been common feedback from people that Reduce XT helps with stress, daily energy levels, and helps them feel better - and tends to happen quicker than you would expect from just cortisol reduction.
 
Yeah so dosing right before bed wouldn't matter then right? I can't find anything online about the alpha and beta having immediate effects but I felt different after a few days so I'm surprised I couldn't find much about it and it's a pretty pure supplament without anything else soo haha

I usually dose it very close to bedtime myself.
 
Not to derail, but to let others know what I think is a great stack, and one that they should run at some point.

Inhibit - e
Inhibit - p

These 3 products seem to fit together perfectly by optimizing the various hormones. Highly recommended.
 
I miss Coop. He was the one who first got me on to SNS stuff, can remember trading tubs of Hemavol for Focus XT lol.

Syn was another one. There was a small group of us that had a TinyChat room, we'd all have webcams up just bullshitting for a few hours. Also added benefit that pretty much all of us repped for companies at the time, so we had a nice trade selection lol.

I feel you on Coop. When he talked, you listened. I wonder if he's somewhere working in a lab for a major pharma company.
