I ran a PH back in May and nito June. I had great results and then BAM, I came down with tonsilitis. I lost 6lbs of that fresh muscle i put on and had to loosen the belt 1 notch. I was not happy and not motivated anymore. Fast forward to a week ago, I decided I needed to elevate my game adn get comfortable in my pants again. I wanted to go ECA, i've done that 4 times and i LOVE it. Well that stuff is a bit hard for me to find so I decided to try soemthing new. It was either Recreate or a competitor, i went with the cheaper option. This product backs up its claims. I LOVE the warm feeling, i swear i feel a bit "high" and im generally more pleasant while i'm on this stuff. I'm completely motivated to eat healthy, i kicked my ice cream habit as well DAY ONE with this stuff. I'm sweating like a fat man in florida too when i work out. I have to avoid the stairs to my 3rd floor desk since i break a sweat going up 2 flights now. And most importantly, by day 3 I tightened that belt back down 1 loop. Maybe i was bloated or maybe this product did what it was claimed. Either way, this works wonders and I see myself taking this for a long time to come.

(sorry - forgot to bump @ the time!)

After taking Recreate every day for almost a month, I have to laugh at the "one-dose experts".

It *DID* take me about 3 days to get comfortable w/ the sensations that accompany the product, but since then, I have been losing fat, not muscle, my mood is great (cruising through a difficult personal time), my energy is great, my sex drive is UP (and it was already high), my workouts are killer.

I'm EXTREMELY happy w/ Recreate - another great product from a great company *known* to offer unique & high-quality products. USPLabs have earned my loyalty w/ their great supps, and Recreate has earned a place among my staple supplements (and I buy ALL my stuff @ NutraPlanet!)

He had a solid stack going. If I recall correctly, his stack included PowerFULL, Anabolic Pump, P-Slin, and CoreZap. Or something similar.

Haha, i know, i remember the sig actually. I was being facetious.
doh, explaining jokes (well, I admit it was a poor one, lol!).

He had a two-line with core supplements and tryout supplements. I liked the format.
 
Here is my latest contribution, I just told it like it was:

Let me start by giving some background info. I have been lifting for 20 years. I also competed in Natural bodybuilding competitions for several years and did quite well. My biggest problem was that I had a hard time losing the fat. I tried some ECA type supps but the stimulation just wasn’t worth it and I find they did very little for me. I found if I wanted to lose enough fat to compete, I would have to bite the bullet and work my tail off. This worked but at the cost of quite a bit of muscle.

Enter Recreate…. Now we have all seen the promotion about how recreate makes fat fall off. That is maybe a bit of a stretch; you still have to know what you’re doing, you still need to follow the basic rules of fat loss. If you do however you will achieve amazing results. If I had to sum up what Recreate does in a few short words is (used correctly) Recreate does change the laws of fat loss and muscle preservation. I used it and gained muscle while I lost fat slowly. If I would have used less calories I am sure I would have been able to lose more fat and preserve muscle like never before, like I have seen others do. I ate right around maintenance and I lost about 3 to 4 % body fat in 12 weeks but I only lost about 3 lbs body weight!!! In all my experience I have never seen anything like this happen. It would have been impossible for me to get these results without using this product. Nuff Said!!

Thats exactly what happened to me. I slowly lost fat and gained muscle. Good stuff bro!

Yes Recreate is more than just a fat loss product, got to be the best recomp aid out there.

Totally. Recreate + AP has been a true lean bulk for me. I'm eating above maintenance, gaining mass, but my waist measurements are actually getting smaller. This goes against everything the guys at my gym said was possible when I started.

Ever since joining AM, I learned the "guys at the gym" don't know much regardless of how big/well built they are. Seems most of them are just lucky "lift and get big" guys.

Just started my first day of this stuff along with AP, and i gotta say, you guys have one helluva product :thumbsup:
 
I would say that this is my best overall fat burner I have taken.It gave me hours of sustained energy without any jitters at all.The appetite suppression that this product gave me was crazy.I could have gone all day at work without even thinking of eating.I of course forced myself to eat.I have probably tried every energy pill out there but none did a good of job as Recreate.They either gave me uncontrollable jitters or only worked for an hour or 2 then the good old crash hit.After the crash I fealt starved and dead tired.After I started Recreate I did get my appetite back,it was right about the same time I ran out.

Thanks glad you enjoyed them. I just told it like it was, I love this product it's really changed things for me and supports my training and dieting style of permanent recomp. Who knows if I get in striking distance maybe I can get back up on stage... the Fame interanationals are coming to Montreal in June 2009... My wife would kill me lol
