After about 5 days on trenazone, I do not notice much. Come to think of it though.. for the last 3 days I have been sweating like crazy and hours post workout.

I am also using Ignite2 / MaxPUMP preworkout at the moment, so some of the heat could be coming from that.

Is trenazone supposed to help increase cardio runner?

I'm not sure. Tren normally kills cardio but trenazone bypasses the conversion so I'm unclear

That's a whole lot of stuff. FST-7 on multiple body part day. Awesome workout. Oh yeah, throw in a 5k to start.

Have you noticed any body comp change ? If so, where do you see the biggest difference ? For me, def arms and shoulders

Definitely noticing a change in my arms, shoulders and uppers/outer pecs. All seem fuller and have more muscle definition. Muscle pump and hardness is almost 24 hours a day now.

I was hoping to lean out some, but notice no changes in my midsection.. perhaps the final 3 weeks will reflect this a bit.

I have also noticed that my forehead is greasier..

Haha. Same here. Good ole stomach is still there.
 
I might have to adjust dosing.. Blood pressure yesterday was 153/78, 146/76, 133/75. It was an extremely stressful day at home, which could also have impacted those numbers. My mind also feels a little foggy/cloudy but I could just be tired today.

I will certainly not increase anything until I see the numbers fall back to the normal range. I will be checking 1-2 times per day.

Mon-Wed workouts this week will be done after work, as I have to be in early all week. Thursday is a rest day, and Friday is my compressed day so I have I can resume morning workouts then.

Is there any way to tell which PH is causing the high blood pressure ? Def, get that BP down by any means.
 
Definitely the trenazone. As for how to dose to fix it, I'm at a loss. Maybe look into a supp to counter it n lower the bp

OK a few things . . . Epi has caused high BP in others that I know so keep an eye on it and they were running epi solo not a stack.

Grape Seed extract will kick in faster than HB so I might give that a go but YES keep an eye on it as if its that high just walking around think of what it is during a heavy squat . . . Just saying buddy

I think it can impact BP... that said I have read logs of epistane being stacked with ECA... But I will cut it out for the rest of the week just to see (coffee that is)

I tried to add coffee this cycle and ah NO! lol

So if your using any pre workouts I'd cut them first as a suggestion

As mentioned early, I am fighting some high blood pressure values. Have upped both my Hawthorne Berry and water consumption. Feel very tired today. Funny although my run was not good, my weights workout was fantastic.

That's a lot if work on high BP. I can feel my heart racing and head throbbing just reading this.

I know running with headache is ridiculously tough.

Yes I am cutting out the 2-3 cups of coffee / day this week, but I did use Ignite2 today.

Maybe look into a PWO with nitrates since nitrates lower BP. Obviously I like condense lol but if your going non stim I know max pump also has nitrates. If you don't need a PWO though (I HAVE to have one lol) I guess it's no big deal for you haha. I'd die without my pre's lol

Actually I love condense. Had my wife bring me two bottles back from Houston not long ago. And some Muscle Marinade - but I have yet to try that. Like you, I need a preworkout to get all fired up. At the moment I am using MaxPUMP and Ignite2 (courtesy of Snags).. really enjoying the MaxPUMP. Once I am finished the month of that, I am going to try Condense/MM together.

I also have some Purus Organ shield and was thinking of adding that to my Cel Cycle Assist for the Cq10. Not sure if that is over kill or not though.

Nice! I'm using max pump/alphamine/condense right now. Careful mixing MM and condense. The 1,3 in MM makes it pretty potent stuff. If I mix MM. And condense i do like 1 scoop of condense and like 1/2 MM and I'm a complete stim junkie lol. Hopefully the BP starts looking better.

Something I have noticed over the last 48 hours is a constant hunger. Having cravings but more so I can eat and 5 minutes later feel hungry again. I just had a P28 bagel with sliced chicken in it and a quest bar for lunch (10 minutes ago). I think I could re-eat the entire meal. It is like the Anabeta Elite black hole on steriods lol. This could be bad for me, as I am day dreaming about dinner! lol

One rule of thumb I always use while ON is to add 1000 cals to my maintenance diet . . help in that department lol

I was trying to hold cals steady to not gain fat but add lean mass while leaning.. but I might not have much choice because I am literally starving..
