Now if only it tasted better....

The new Berry Lemonade flavor is pretty damn tasty..
Oh boy, yessss!!!
so, does it mean people was just talking a lot of sh#t?
If so I'm very happy for DS, never stopped using Craze and
I wouldn't change it with anything else that's out there as prewo
A second lawsuit is being filed in New Jersey on similar grounds this week naming DS, a distributor and several retailers. Additionally WADA is working closely with the FDA office of criminal investigations after several companies submitted their GCMS identification findings to the organization and claimed Craze will further tarnish the industry with what seems poised to become the next designer stimulant nightmare.
Actually that isnt how it happened at all. A lawsuit from a shakedown artist in CA came out. We are defending ourselves and the fighting the ridiculous suit. Then someone sent PA a sample which was claimed to be Craze. PA claimed to have tested something which has no chain of custody, not a sealed tub etc etc etc. NOT THE REVERSE. PA claimed Craze contained only 2 things, N-Benzyl PEA and Diethyl PEA. NO caffeine, no creatine etc.Honestly I don't know what this means. PA found some strange things (don't feel like digging through the old thread) and a lawsuit came out. How difficult would it be for a company to change something with a new batch after all the negative stuff was being thrown around? Why are the test results coming out so long after the accusations? Maybe it's standard. I have no idea and I'm by no means saying that is what happened.
I'm just not sure why we have different results on a product unless something about the testing is off that I don't understand.
Something just doesn't jive in all of this and I don't think this necessarily puts us any closer to really knowing. Probably enough to put my mind at ease enough to finally give this a go however! I've always been a fan of DS and had great runs with many of their supplements.

PA didnt test Craze. Not hard to figure out.
As we have said from the very beginning, ALL lots of Craze have been tested by MULTIPLE FDA /DEA certified labs. Craze has never contained N-Benzyl PEA and it has always contained caffeine. The other "lawsuit" does not exist, has never existed and was posted by some shill trying to stir things up.
Geoforce said:Well it's good to hear from you guys with some more clarification. We had about 60 some odd pages of trying to figure things out on our own, but it's a lot better to hear it from DS finally.
Ahh the true meaning of band of brothers. I loved reading and being a part of that thread.

Do you think he didn't test anything, or that he thought he was testing Craze? If you mean the latter, I agree that the presence of only those 2 compounds raises a red flag, but neuron/madchemist is bar none one of the most honest people I know and I am certain he would not send PA a fake sample. Any idea what could have happened?

.
Not quite Matt. Tub was sealed. I never claimed it only contained two things either. Many of the things on the label would not be seen on the GC/MS.
I dont want to talk about Craze anymore but its important that you report the things i said accurately.
I also tested a second bottle of craze that was obtained direct from retailer but i will not report the results, as I received your certified letter from your attorneys and this is not worth me getting sued over

So DS is taking legal action to prevent independent test results INSTEAD of promoting them???
DS clearly has something to hide.
flame on, but its pretty damn obvious.

I am not quite independent as I represent a competing entity I suppose
You aren't independent at all.I am not quite independent as I represent a competing entity I suppose
All lots have been tested for BenzylPEA after PA claimed to have found it. The labs already had all of the lots and we had them retest for the Benzyl (they had already done all of the other testing). There is no BenzylPEA in Craze. In our continued testing (more Craze has been produced since March) more lots were sent to the labs. The test that I posted has all of the information in a single place, on a sealed tub of Craze. By all means keep grasping for straws though. This just does not add up. Cahill posts that all lots of Craze get tested.
"It was a lab test not a COA, done by an FDA approved lab based in the US. All lots of Craze have been tested against a standard for N-Benzyl-PEA. N-Benzyl is not present in any lots of Craze."
Then he says this
"Prior to PA having claimed to have tested it and found BenzylPEA there was no reason for us to test for BenzylPEA. It isnt a controlled substance and isnt in Craze. Therefor any test which looks for BenzylPEA MUST be after PA claimed to have found it."
Over on bb.com they keep saying that Pat tested a baggie and not from a sealed tub. going the chain of custody defense.
If everything is ok, why silence PA with legal action?
I know he didnt test Craze because it does not and has never had BenzylPEA in it and Craze has always had and will always have caffeine. You can believe whatever you want about who is one of the most honest people you know. I have actual, independent lab tests and that's what matters to me.Do you think he didn't test anything, or that he thought he was testing Craze? If you mean the latter, I agree that the presence of only those 2 compounds raises a red flag, but neuron/madchemist is bar none one of the most honest people I know and I am certain he would not send PA a fake sample. It is accurate, post #920 and I quote "the full chromatagram showed just one other peak. i think its n,n-diethyl-2-phenethylamine but since i have no standard i cant verify its odd i didnt see caffeine. unless craze doesnt contain caffeine."Not quite Matt. Tub was sealed. I never claimed it only contained two things either. Many of the things on the label would not be seen on the GC/MS.

Thats not true. No other "guy on BB.com" or anyone else for that matter was sent anything.Yeah, I figured DS was sending letters from lawyer to shut people up like PA and guy on bb.com. Threaten everyone whose test comes out different and then post their own results would be an interesting tactic. Is lawsuit dismissed?
