Your doing awesome! I have been doing a lighter weighted clean and press, burns for sure. Great on shoulders and some chest movement.

Killer work out bro has anyone tryed doing 6-5-4-3-2-1 on bench press or seated shoulder press with a 1 1/2 min to 2 and maxing out at 1 then drop the weight to 6 and try to rep 6 to 10 reps the wight feels much lighter on then it did in the beginning

Nope. I rested 2 minutes between my shoulder sets... I admit the 165 was tough and form probably was not the best.... I was turning my back & face to try and push it up.

Right now. 3pills morning 3 pills night of Recycle. Finishing up a bottle of erase(I need another bottle) and lean efX. And thats pretty much it. Been priming myself for my next run.

Yeah. Going from 300 pounds to where I want to be at like 230-240 is a huge leap for me. Certainly have to keep ego at the door

No weights today. Stayed up late last night, woke up & decided to pull some overtime. Got stuck @ work longer than I expected & 1st meal was @ 5pm... Guess back to fasting huh. :lol:
Such a nice day outside, I'm rather tired though, only plans is to figure out who might be up for some Taken 2 or I'll sleep. May try and squeeze in another cardio session.

PH-17 is a cutting PH from LG, helps with gain/maintain strength while cals are low; supposed to dry ya up & keep libido high.

UHHH I may need to save a ton of money and move close to you to get trained. Those are very wicked shoulder numbers. And man I thought my lil 70lb over head press was something you blow mine away lol. Solid workout all around.


Day 11:

Training:
Shoulders/BIs/TRIs

(Seated) Military Press
155lbs x 7
165lbsx 4 (2 sets)
145lbs x 6
135lbs x 5
I went for 1 single rep of 175 & failed. My shoulders lag a bit so I need all I can get to bring them up. Def seen my strength climb on these the last couple months.

H.S. Shoulder Press:
100lbs x 8
110lbs x 8
120lbs x 3...
80lbs x 12

BB Curl
75lbs x 8
80lbs x 6
80lbs x 5

DB Curl
40lbs x 5
Then I dropped to the 35 range & did a couple sets of 8 reps each arm,inside hammer curls, & reverse barbell curl 40lbs & a couple more sets of hammer curls.

Over Head Tricep Press
90lbs x 8
100lbs x 8 (2 sets)
100lbs x 6

Diet:
Think I counted roughly 2100 calories all prior to my work out. After work out got a nice chicken breast sandwich & 8oz of powerade to wash it down.

Notes:
Not too much to note. Seen a headache or two pop up yesterday, I recall. Not holding much bloat. Starting to reveal more definition & saturation (& chest) espically in the shoulder area. No major drops in strength. The vascularity & fullness seems to be present but it's slight (which could be to the short half-life of 17).
Overall nothing bad to note.

Movie is an A+. 10/10. Couldn't picked a better movie to see. Worth every penny of $21. Kept me engaged the whole damn time! I don't know if the 1st or 2nd one was better... It might be the 2nd one haha...
