Training:
Had a solid work out I feel, only downside is I don't feel like I hammered out my triceps enough. Nice & pumped.

-Was in the zone but felt a bit disoriented/light headed.

130 x 8 (3) dropped weight because form got sloppy.
Felt things were great on shoulders & biceps. Should've kept to a few less sets maybe, but shoulders I need some improvement on.
Diet
Upped the carbs a bit today, glad I did.
Notes:
Nothing new to report. DOMs seems to be subsided although I have had 2 off days, we will see how I feel in the next day or 2.
