Rated PH-17.

Good bro but F@ck traffic in SoCal it's been 1 1/2 to get to work and back for 9 bucks an hour but it pays so it all good in the neighborhood

I try to go lighter behing the neck 10 to 15 but when I went lighter and higher reps I felt a better pump because i tryed focusing on contraction, form, and momentum so I could increase weight I went to heavy once and my front shoulders where killing me so I don't go all the way down any More but that's just me

Quick Update:
Scale weight is 186.6 first thing this AM. Not going to get too hung up on it. May increase cals just a tad to regain some fullness as I haven't noticed much of that the past few days.

I know it's been beat to death but I would stay clear of anything behind the neck big dog... Lat pull downs anything dude. Quick way to injured...

Triceps pushdowns @ 150?? Some one is pushing the stack : )

Good job being form conscious bud.

I have to be... I felt it would be good to incorporate a varity of exercises. Trust me it's not something I do often. I researched a bit after the feedback in here & found lighter weights is a much better way to go for behind the neck press.
Thx for the concern V Deez.
BTW, AB how's your shoulder? We need to stay injury free out here.

It's all about dialing in what you want brother its all learning your body!
Shoulder is awesome today... Still sore. I managed to smack the edge of a table with my hand and now all my tendons up to my elbow are sore... More injuries...

Aw phuck, it has reached this thread now too, like the plague.

How many bottles do you need of ph17 to run a full cycle? And how many days did you run 1.5ml?

keep up the good work.

Thx pal.

@ double dose you would need 4 bottles @ standard 1.5ml dose 4 times a day for 8 weeks you would need two bottles.
I starting week 3 now, super dry, strength is decent & dropping a few pounds here & there.

Thx for stopping in.

Half-Way Mark:

Ok so we are a little bit past the half way point of me using PH-17 & I'll provide you feedback on what I have been noticing and some points.

-Dryness: I think the only things that kept me more dry were Erase Pro & a degree stick.
-Hardness: Noticed a slight hardness to the touch with out flexing. It's slight but it's mildly noticeable.
-Libido: See no issues w/this. I think for maybe a day or two when I was really tired I didn't pay much attention to it but is def not down.
-Vascularity: Seems to come & go mostly after dosing.
-Aggression: Intensity seems to be there in the gym, more often than not. Beat way to describe: It's a feeling of being prepared for what ever life throws @ you.

Leaning out has def happened mirror & scale wise, few spots of acne popped up not much @ all, achy joints are slightly noticeable, strength & gym intensity is still there as I said more often than not, & only other sides I had were a few occasional headaches.
This product seems to produce the effects of cutting, most notably between the dryness & scale weight loss. I can tell leaning out has happened by the way clothing is fitting but diet/training is playing a role in that aspect as well along with the 17.

I shot Airborne & LiveToLife a PM earlier today stating how I was a little "nervous" about the weight loss along with looking & feeling smaller... There's still a long road to go to being lean"er" though.

Def man, mirror is where it counts though. I plan to drop some weight scale wise but for the most part I'd like to recomp so @ the end of this run we will see what the out come would be.

That's a good weight, solid for sure.

All in due time. Hot my BMI back 26.4 not to shabby. Though because she added 4" on my height I am sure it is a bit off. I did have above average Creatine scores. Must be the Creatine supp I am taking, ya think.

ill be running methylvar from shredded labs, its 30mg methyl-1,4-androstenediol and 15mg TrenDione,im so ready to be back on.i hope to have it all together this week and start by next week if all goes well.

Yes but if reading the effects of this he should be losing bodyfat but still put on muscle. That's what it looked like to me. I could be wrong, tht something that at the end we should be able to gauge.

AJP did you get a body fat analysis beforehand?

i think he is just using mirror to judge his progress..im taking half the dose he is and my weight goes up and down slightly..i judge by the mirror as well

so AJ i assume youre trying to lose some weight thus why you chose to run the 17.. that said.. hows your strength maintained and by chance did you do a body fat test prior to your start? im curious if your maintaining you mass or not. 5lbs down is nice and all but only if your keeping your mass at the same time. please share with us your take on my questions.

Holy swole mode!

Snapped a quick pic after my work out today (sorry poor quality). Shower & protein & I'll get to everyone's questions.

DAMN DUDE!!

Wow...the man,the myth, the Purus leader!! Looking thick and inked bubba.

Thx AB & Dan, trying to get swole like you two big freaks.

Day 21:

Chest & Biceps (yup changed up the format a bit)

Training:
Came in started my warm up on inclines, then a guy who is about 250 I talk to quite often comes in & we start rolling together. No #'s cause I was following his lead & we wasn't bullshyting around with the cell phones.
I know think a week or two back I hit 235 on incline (have to check how many reps) but max weight used for me was 225 for 5 reps today, we rocked out a ton of sets. Then we moved to HS incline press, then hit decline barbell, then rocked out biceps with hammers, e z bar curls, & HS curl machine, & seated DB curls. Fun day pumped to all get out too.

Diet:
Got a bit rocky over the weekend & today, getting it back in line, pre meal was baked chicken mixed w/white & sweet potatoes.

Notes:
Think this is the part everyone has been waiting for....
I am keeping my strength for sure, I hit a few PRs along the way not many, but some. I'm moving the same weight as previous weeks on most exercises if not slightly more. Cals have not been excess either.
With the body fat, I didn't get measurements, I'll be honest I didn't expect for things to go as well as they have been with the 17 & my log, but as the days go buy changes are becoming more noticeable. I feel body fat has been reduced more simply off the fact that strength is being maintained if not exceeded (at the very least).
I am vascular (not 24-7) but it shows, I am leaner per mirror & scale, & I hold one nasty pump.
Also I do feel like I am keeping mass, being 185 @ 5' 10" roughly I looked pretty stacked in my eyes, most people think I weigh 200, not shredded by any means, but we are headed to a bigger leaner me.

I think 17 is very promising Ripper.
Proper diet & exercise is a must too though, I don't want people thinking they are going to swallow 17 & oh drop pounds, tweak some variables people should be happy with the results. Libido is still on strong too.

Well bro your not small by any means! Have u measured your arms?
