Felt good to be back! Went with less sets and tested out my shoulder. The upright rows and rear deltoid were the only area I struggled with. Hopefully things go this smooth on chest day. Even with taking a few days off I still carried a good pump and I couldn't believe the pump I got today! I'm down another 3 pounds weighing in at 284! Still gaining strength and losing weight! I can't believe how much this stack has helped me! I truly feel like a different person. Can't wait for whats coming in November! This big scottish brute is on his way to a whole new level!

smithouse said:Ive been having the same shoulder issues,due to old injuries and the erase drying out. I noticed that rear delt flys and pec deck seemed to hurt it the most. I started going lighter on those two and it improved my overall chest/ shoulder workout days. You might give it a try. I seen you are a beast on pec deck, so that might keep it agitated.
R3ACTION said:Pretty much everything keeps it agitated, I have a strain in my serratus anterior. Been in therapy a few weeks now, I'm allowed to keep lifting as long as I don't do things that hurt like front and side db raises.

Had a great weekend away with my wife. The last party was pretty harsh and I'm still recovering. When I dragged myself out of bed today I thought today was gonna be a huge bust. I didn't get where I wanted on flat bench but I was still happy to hit the numbers I did. I had great recovery and energy and left with a great pump. This stack is still determined! I'm not looking forward to it ending.
