Enjoy it, date nights are huge for my wife and I. Need time alone together sometimes.
 
Babysitter fell through buy I still enjoyed some extra time at home. I'm going to take today off as well, still pretty sore I'm going to rest I'd rather sacrifice 2 days over a long term injury. I will be out if town for a big labor day party we have every year at our hunting property in good ole appalachia! It will be a four day trip and there are no gyms within an hour of it... So I will take an easy day back tomorrow and hit all my routines before vacation and come back ready to rock!
 
I'm back to 100% and ready to tear it up! This has been an awful few days of rest. Not getting an outlet from work because of my shoulder has been brutal! Now its on!
 
Shoulder is holding up so far....

shoulder press 215 for 6

Shrugs 455 for 12

Upright row 175 for 10 took a loss here..

Being 6' 4 has never been such a curse. But I finished strong and am happy I was able to get back in. Feeling too good on this PES domination to get stuck with an injury!

Shrugs: 195x12 245x12 355x12 455x12

Upright rows: 105x10 155x10 175x10

Rear delt machine: 70x15 120x10 130x10

Dips: BW x15

Felt good to be back! Went with less sets and tested out my shoulder. The upright rows and rear deltoid were the only area I struggled with. Hopefully things go this smooth on chest day. Even with taking a few days off I still carried a good pump and I couldn't believe the pump I got today! I'm down another 3 pounds weighing in at 284! Still gaining strength and losing weight! I can't believe how much this stack has helped me! I truly feel like a different person. Can't wait for whats coming in November! This big scottish brute is on his way to a whole new level!

Ive been having the same shoulder issues,due to old injuries and the erase drying out. I noticed that rear delt flys and pec deck seemed to hurt it the most. I started going lighter on those two and it improved my overall chest/ shoulder workout days. You might give it a try. I seen you are a beast on pec deck, so that might keep it agitated.

Pretty much everything keeps it agitated, I have a strain in my serratus anterior. Been in therapy a few weeks now, I'm allowed to keep lifting as long as I don't do things that hurt like front and side db raises.

BB bench press is a nightmare for my chest. I switched to DB and Smith machine and my shoulders are feeling so much better. Also, check out the shoulder cure. Brb...

At first, go as wide as you have to. Then start trying to progress by bringing your hands in closer every week, if even a mm. That, extreme stretching and skipping BB worked wonders on my shoulder issues.
 
Thanks V gonna look into it. I'm trying not to see a "real doctor" for the issue, so anything I can do to avoid further injury is worth it.

You'll be fine bro!! Just another speed bump on your already challenging start with weight training. You'll come out of it stronger and better then ever. Give it time and it will get easier. You got this.

Great energy and drive today, this test boost is no placebo! Vascularity is still increasing along with libido, strength, and as always confidence! Great recovery time and great pumps. Chest day coming up tomorrow!

Trying to structure things right for my shoulder. I knew I couldn't go for high reps on my lower flat bench weights and it payed off for me on my last set! Attempted incline but my shoulder couldn't handle the negatives. Coming home in one piece and feeling great is much better than how I felt last week!

Thanks man when we got back to civilization yesterday I checked my updates while pumping gas....I've got some catching up to do. Now some advil and a nap!
