Same here. My lower back hates me after shrugs. DBs aren't SO bad but BB gets pretty bad

Exactly..I only do DBs holding them at my sides. I am investing in a trap bar soon so this should take things to the next level.

My old gym had a trap bar. I loved it!
 
It just makes sense for me at this stage of the game. I did DLs today and my back is all geeked out. Time to invest in keeping this train rolling for a few more years.

There are a lot of lifts I can't do. I find what I can do safely and pain free and go with that. The hammer machines seem to me like what will get me to another level.

I normally harvest 2 or 3 a year and that is the main red meat supply for my family throughout the year. This summer with that wind storm took our power out for 5 days. My deep freeze was packed full. Lost it all. Time to knock a couple down!

I'm the same way. I try to take 2 does early and a buck during bow season. I don't gun hunt really though so I try to knock em out early. We don't have that Ohio deer population though lol

No we have a "fire arm" season we can't use anything stronger than a .44 mag. And we have a muzzle loader season after that.

I've never rifle hunted I was hoping to exchange hunts! We have muzzle season and a gun season, shotgun,muzzle, and select handgun calibers and lengths.

Ours is easy if you have your safety course you just buy an annual license and tags. I will look into yours.

I'll be starting mine back up fully next week. I was staying with them but did a number on my lower back so took a break. This time I'm doing them the right way even if I have to start with a plate on each side!! Lol

Sorry for the lack of updates. Things around the house have been pretty crazy. Nothing major to report took a few days to really focus on getting my shoulder ready to hit things pretty hard this week. Cardio and maintaining throughout the weekend. Confidence, libido, and recovery is through the roof. Going to smash some PR's this week I can feel it! Chest in the morning!

Shoulder was giving me a run for my money today and couldn't get my negatives on flat bench for 285. Not a lot of pain just stiffness. Still had a great pump and confidence was way up. Alphamine and cardio have me sweating up a storm! I'm going to wait until the end of this stack to weigh myself again. Time for some anabeta and anabolic sleep!
 
I had a shoulder issues a few months back. Seems to be a ok so far so good.

Good to hear it healed up for you. Mine will take some time but I'm not losing strength over it just not gaining how I'd like too.

Thanks BM, hope you like that slin. I saw what it did for LTL, I'm not at a body fat percentage that I see drastic changes from carb intake but I think you will benefit from it.

Get a gearge foreman dude lol honestly the food taste like crap most of the time but its my savior. If you ever need any help or have any diet questions feel free to ask man. I'm def. no diet guru but I'm picky as fuk when it comes to food. So finding something that worked for me was the biggest challenge.

I'm the same way I hate chicken hate tuna... I've got enough of both to last me about a year. I can do the chicken on the grill and manage and if I do the tuna my way I can eat it. I need to get strict LTL and I work crazy hours he obviously has the dedication to diet to produce insane results. I need to make it work!
