I'd like to thank the PES and USP team here for allowing me to log these products at their expense. I will be running Anabeta from PES, and Test Powder from USP. I have also provided my own Alphamine from PES to use alongside the other products. I took my first dose yesterday October 1st.

Stats:

Age, 25
Height, 6' 4
Weight, 278

Goals:

I plan on dropping weight while gaining strength. I work 7 days a week alternating 8 hour shifts with 10-12 every other day. I plan on lifting 4-5 days a week. But doing cardio every day.

I have had great results with both companies and expect nothing less than an epic run from the testify combo!
 
Day 1

October 1st

I have sampled alphamine prior to this log. It is amazing! Raspberry lemonade is the current tub I have opened. This stuff tastes great! It mixes well and the flavor is addictive!

I took it pre workout mixed with 2 scoops of test powder. The fruit punch flavor of test powder mixed with raspberry lemonade alphamine is great!

Anabeta was dosed pre workout and post workout before bed.

I have nothing to report as of today other than the crazy euphoria and energy from the alphamine. This must be the most clean and long lasting energy there is.


Chest/Tricep

Flat bench: 205x8 225x6 255x6 275x4

Decline: 205x8 225x6

Dips: BW x10 x12 x12

Vertical chest press: 230x10 250x6

Pec Deck: 210x8 230x6 250x6

V-bar: 180x10 200x8 200x8

Seated DB extension: 90x12 100x10

Overhead ropes: 110x12 120x10 130x8
 
You are going to love this combo big man. Careful though because the AB will make you hungry as hell.
 
Day 2

Bicep/Back

Preacher curl: 60x12 80x10 80x8 80x8

Reverse grip: 60x8 70x8 80x5

Cable curl: 110x10 130x10 150x8

DB hammers: 40x8 45x8

Low cable row: 140x12 180x8 200x6

Lat pull down: 120x8 140x8 160x8 180x6

Hyper extension: BW +35 x22

Can't wait for the daa to kick in! Getting excited for this stack to kick into gear!

Usually in about 3-4 days for me. My appetite becomes a black hole!!

Well I hope I can keep it under control! Gonna have to find some filling foods. With this alphamine I don't have a huge appetite hopefully it helps calm the Anabeta hunger.

An amazing combo for an epic shoulder day. RL alphamine mixed in with test powder with a side of anabeta! Interested to see how the AI in test powder plays out.
 
Day 3

Shoulders

Shoulder press: 105x12 155x8 195x6

Rear Delt Machine: 100x10 120x10 150x6

Dips: BW x23

Felt pretty good today. No noticeable changes yet other than the sweet essence that is alphamine! Energy for days!

Hell yea bro u know what's up! I wanna get to 250 before I inject. I'm already down to 260. This stack is where its at! U using ab, tp and alphamine?

Yeah the testify stack with alphamine! If I can get my diet under control I think I can drop 20 in 8 weeks. That's my biggest flaw.

Yeah we both won that! I'm stoked to see how this test powder differs from the effects of daa alone and how strong the AI is. I'm new to anabeta so this should be interesting.

Test powder is awesome... I have 2 tubs... I'm new to anabeta as well so we are on missions

Diets gotta be on man. Biggest factor in my eyes anyway.
 
Pissing in the wind if the diet isn't on point. The food is the biggest part of the equation in any of this game, gaining or losing.

Haha this is the truest thing I've ever seen GreyBush say lol...I've been doing this a long time and never saw the results I wanted until about 6 months ago when I finally got my diet right. I've actually had better results in the last 6 months than I've had in the last 6 years lol. I started really getting serious about 8 months ago and was like 250 with around 25% BF. lots of good bros around here to help you out too.
