Sorry for the lack of updates the extra hours at work caught up with me. I had to take a few days to shut down rest up and regain some sanity. Everything will be back in full swing in the morning.

Dips: bw 8, 10, 10

Overhead DB: 95x10 100x8 100x8

Flat bench: 195x8 245x6 265x6 275x6

Vertical chest press: 190x10 230x8 250x6

Overhead ropes: 110x12 120x10 130x10

Vbar: 110x12 150x10 180x8 200x8

Decline: 195x8 225x8

Today felt solid left with a great pump. Recovery time has improved greatly. Libido has taken off! I think the daa is about to take off!

yes on the tricep move. I've never done seated dips just hanging. I weigh 278 so body weight does a lot for me. I wouldn't mind adding extra weight but I need to pick up a belt.

I feel like doing weighted dips isolates the tricep more than hanging but can be a little taxing on the elbows. I always get an extreme pump with good volume on them

Hopefully I can get down to 250 soon so I can cut up on hdrol. Seems I do more talking about fixing my diet than actually doing it. Time to crack down.
 
Dips hurt my collar bone. Not sure why I've tried different angles and not going down so far. Good lifts bro.

Nice numbers big man. It does sound like the DAA is begining to show some effects if libido is perking up. That's where it shows for me too.

Yes and I loved it. It was stacked with AnaBeta. Felt like King Kong on it and ate everything in sight while still leaning out. Eat clean big man and you won't be disappointed.

Reverse grip: 70x8 80x8

Bent over DB row: 75x 6, 6 (first time)

Low cable row: 140x8 160x8 180x6 200x5

DB hammer: 30x10 40x10 50x7


Woke up groggy and grumpy sat down with my daughter and my wife brought me a glass of ice cold alphamine! What a way to get things going! Definitely what I needed within a few minutes I was ready to head out. I had pumps so hard my arms were sore. DAA its starting to show up more and more daily with fast recovery time and increased strength. The anabeta still leaves me ravenous and hungry 24/7. I have to say that I still get an upset stomach from the test powder no matter when I dose it with or without a meal. I think its the contributing factor to the fact that in the past 2 weeks I haven't had a solid bowel movement. My only regret to this stack is that I didn't add erase or erase pro.
 
DAA gives some people sliders bubba. I really need to get on this Alphamine wagon. Everyone praises its stimulant effects. I'm all about the stims!! In answer to your question above: Yes I have a complete set up in my house. It starts with a pwr rack with a cable weight stack attached and goes from there. It has all been obtained over a 10yr time frame. I even had my own stairmaster stepmill while my son was playing competitive hockey but the wife finally decided it didn't fit into the decor anymore. Lol I like doing my own thing when lifting.

Understandable when it comes to your own thing. I was starting to look into it. When I bought my house it was under the premise of why pay for something you'll never own. I see that happening in this situation as well. The alphamine all I can say is do yourself a favor and get a tub. I love stims and have never found anything legal that is comparable. Just don't let your wife get ahold of it!

Shoulder press: 105x10 155x8 175x6 195x6

Rear delt (machine): 130x 8/10/8

Dips: BWx 10/8/8

Shrugs: 355x12 455x8 455x6 455x6 455x4

I chose not to do upright rows today and do some shoulder therapy. Everything else was very light and not geared towards strength training, just rehab. Today I really had great recovery which surprised me because the gym was busy and I did cardio before lifting. Aggression, strength and mood seem to be on the rise.
