R3ACTION said:yes on the tricep move. I've never done seated dips just hanging. I weigh 278 so body weight does a lot for me. I wouldn't mind adding extra weight but I need to pick up a belt.

In answer to your question above: Yes I have a complete set up in my house. It starts with a pwr rack with a cable weight stack attached and goes from there. It has all been obtained over a 10yr time frame. I even had my own stairmaster stepmill while my son was playing competitive hockey but the wife finally decided it didn't fit into the decor anymore. Lol I like doing my own thing when lifting.
