Day 9

Bicep and Back

Preacher curl: 80x10 80x8 90x6

Reverse grip: 70x8 70x8 80x6

Cable curl: 120x12 130x8 150x7

DB hammer: 35x12 40x10 45x8

Lat pull down: 120x8 140x8 160x8 180x6

Low row: 120x10 140x8 160x8 180x6 200x5

Hyperextension: + 45 x 20 (2)

Pumps and recovery seem to be improving. Not noticing a lot so far, but its still pretty early. Hunger increases daily but I've stayed at my beginning weight which is good for me. I feel leaner and I've been getting great sleep. Just waiting on the strength and libido!

Nice work bro. I am getting the fever bad. My uncle has passed on 3 eight points at our property. I would have shot any of the 3 because this year with work won't be a big buck year for me.

I've been out 6 times and haven't seen a buck yet! She was 47 yards and had my wind when I shot lol. Long story short she ducked the string and tried to turn and the 2 blade rage caught her in the neck lol

That sleep is great for me too. I dont know how you do biceps before back man that would kill the weight I would use for back.

I feel yall's pain with the bucks. The only buck I have seen all season was of course when I was not hunting. I was scouting some trees that needed to be cut down and a massive buck comes walking up 20 yards from me with a clear shot. it was a 10 point but one of the biggest I have seen. I swear they are mocking me

I haven't even got a cam up at the property I hunt up here. hopefully my absence is a good thing. Hope to get in early November and hunt the rut hard. Sucks to get that close without your bow in hand. Where do you live cat?

I live in Atlanta. I was on some property we have in south Georgia scouting some trees that were rotten and about to fall on some tractor sheds we have down there and the sucker came up right at me just to rub it in. Rifle was in the house 200 yards away
 
Well today was pretty quick in and out. I have some things I have to get taken care of and some extra hours I have to put in this week so my time is limited.


Shoulder day:

Upright row: 105x10 155x8 175x6

Shoulder press: 105x10 155x8 205x8

Shrugs: 285x12 355x10 455x6 455x6 455x6

Rear delt (machine): 90x10 130x8 150x8

Dips: BW 14, 12


Didn't get much accomplished today. But definitely got a whole set added on to my shrugs! Recovery was up today as was vascularity and a great pump. Looking forward to this stack getting me some serious strength gains!

Yeah finding out I was doing them wrong mentally threw me off last time. I got them down today though. Military press was rocking! Even though I look hella scary when I'm doing it.

I jacked my wrist a little while back 3 days of cissus(thanks dewey and ltl) fixed me up quick.

Honestly I am still having some issues with my stomach. Not feeling the onsets as quick as the ss daa and erase. I feel harder and leaner but the strength and aggression isn't here yet. I think it will come its still really early.
