Reverse grip: 70x8 70x8 80x6
Cable curl: 120x12 130x8 150x7
DB hammer: 35x12 40x10 45x8
Lat pull down: 120x8 140x8 160x8 180x6
Low row: 120x10 140x8 160x8 180x6 200x5
Hyperextension: + 45 x 20 (2)
Pumps and recovery seem to be improving. Not noticing a lot so far, but its still pretty early. Hunger increases daily but I've stayed at my beginning weight which is good for me. I feel leaner and I've been getting great sleep. Just waiting on the strength and libido!
