R3action PT and D-pol (sponsored)

D-pol on its own.. Pretty tasty, but I like it with Condense much better! PT again was brutal, I am going to hit the gym and some Condense after I wake up. Maybe shoulder and cardio day today.

Didn't make it in tonight, therapy really put the hammer on me today. I hope to make it in after work.

Aside from the DB military incident today was pain free. Energy was great, as was the pump. Hoping that once the DAA kicks in the strength increase will help with therapy.
 
Nice job big dog! Still an improvement on hitting 65 DBS though.
 
That DB stability issue is not something I would push much.

PT today and a few other appointments. D-pol prior to therapy but no lifting today. They do have a pretty nice facility and had me benching the bar today. I know it sounds funny but that was a huge step for me. Not the weight but getting the acknowledgment that they care about my goals and know why I am there.

That's a huge part of the battle with docs, etc in my opinion- just getting them on board with you. Good stuff man-

The Dr. is kinda lame, but the PT team is legit. She said is it realistic to ask you to stop lifting? I said if I have to I can, but I don't like that idea. She checked all my movements said no chest unless its with us but it will be light. That is a positive for me!
 
Yesterday I got about three hours sleep between my appointments and work. So I did shorten up my workout quite a bit. These appointments are killing me. I have 5 next week. Getting in and lifting has become a challenge. I used a different pre workout today and dosed my D-pol at around 3am instead of at 7: 30.

I really couldn't do anything else! My legs were so swoll that they hurt. Have had some mild GI issues over the weekend but don't want to jump the gun too soon because everything seems fine right now. There seems to be a small increase in endurance and aggression. No libido boost to speak of yet so I'm going to assume that by the end of next week the DAA will be in full swing. These nitrates in D-pol are no joke, pumps are incredible!

Every time I workout and old man abs is there my aggression is always peaked!

Follow up for 2nd MRI. Everything came back normal. They ran me through some tests and the surgeon came in to do his own tests. He is convinced there is as tear that the MRI's are not showing, so now I have to go into some other fancy machine.... This is getting old.

That sucks but hopefully this will be conclusive and you can get on with the solution.
 
No worries as long as they can get it sorted out. Just want to be told something other than we don't know just keep doing PT.
 
Sorry for the lack of updates. Its been a rough week full of too many appointments. Everything should be back on track and in full swing for a little while. Libido has taken off, lets see where that strength is tomorrow!
