id rather get recognized for it and people use it successfully then only a select few see it and pay me for it. i used it with very good success.
Day 1:
Meal 1 will include protein fat and carbs (from FRUITS ONLY and no more then 1.5 cups of diced fruit,) i liked making a fruit smoothie with banana flavored protein 1 scoop along with 4 whole eggs
the rest of the meals through out the day are lean protein (any veggie except the starchy ones like potatos)
Day 2: same as day 1 except NO fruit , 2 meals with veggies and the rest coming from whole grains , no more then 40g c per meal
Day 3: its a mixture of the 2 except you will implement day 1 meal 1 for breakfast with no grains, and the rest of the day grains and veggies, and fats,
Day 4 - repeat Day 1
Day 5 repeat day 2
Day 6- basic keto diet protein fat only
Day 7 - same as day 6 but cheat on the last 2 meals, and use GDAs in both of them and use a GDA right before bed
its pretty annoying to do, but ir works wonders.
