Agreed with crazy, no more than 4 weeks of D-bol, it is smart of you to run it with test ethonate, however I do recommend running it with femara(aramidex) at 1mg a day to keep bloat to a minimum, unless you are not concerned with that issue.

femara is letrozol, Anastrozol is adex :)
 
Crazy...i used CS during my last ph cycle in Nov and have been using it ED since then...thinking i'll keep using it 365 (non RYR version) because the ingredient profile seems great for overall health maintenance...any reason not to?

its safe to use year round however i would do 1/2 serving instead of the full serving if you are not on cycle!
 
In a previous post you mentioned how ryr can lower coq10 in organs. Can this cause a rise in bp? I had a bit of a scare with bp earlier this week, but have managed to bring it back down. Just trying to learn if I can pinpoint it to the ryr. Thanks for any info!

Crazy or Andrew either of you know of an OTC version of adex i can find. My guy is useless currently as i said before.

Unfortunately due to the beast of its nature there are not REAL otc adex based products, sorry to inform on you this. You could hit 50-100mg of 6 bromodine(otc) a day as a substitute.

i dont think it will lower it that extreme in which it would cause a rise in BP, the hawthorne pretty much keeps it in check.

what was your BP earlier this week? what changed during this week? what were you using? were u taking cycle support while this happened?

ATD is pretty close in action to Arimidex in terms of % total body aromatization inhibition. however i would suggest 6 bromo

you can use HX2, its stronger then aPCT and since your on cycle high doses will not effect you adversly.

100mg EOD should be fine for bloat and estrogen control

Crazy is right apct contains less isomers of 6 bromo than HX2, ATD is very similar, I love how it makes one look so dry while on it, got to love the mechanismof AR anatogonism.

Out of 5 total reading in 2 days my highest was 157/89. I have been taking 2 scoops a day am and pm. I picked up grape seed, garlic, hawthorne berry, and upped my fish oil. I have celery seed on the way as well. After a day my bp was staying consistent at around 140/69. I did not preload for a week, however. I do not think passing on preloading should have raised my bp to this extent. Just trying to figure out what may have caused this. I was at 30mg ed epi so I'm sure that contributed as well as my 9 pounds so quickly.

passing on the pre loading may have as it takes about 7-10 days for the hawthorne to do its job. Garlic should help somewhat. and dont be excessive on the fishoild.

whats your diet like? epi can definetly raise up the BP but so can diet.

you have to remember there are reasons we do what we do when it comes to support supps, if we thought it worked better by starting everything at the same time then you would see it being suggested more often.

Why is bottom number more important? I know systolic pressure is pressure exerted on walls of arteries while heart is pumping, and diastolic pressure is pressure on arterial walls while heart is resting, correct?

I'm doing my first cycle. Hdrol, 5 weeks, 50/50/75/75/75
I have cycle support, and post cycle from AI.
I'll be taking USPlabs Prime post cycle also.
I was recommended nolva or torem for a SERM
 
Since H-drol is mild, clomid would be a good choice because it is better for HPTA restoration than novla or tore., go 100/50/50/50, since you are running it 5 weeks. Tore. would be used for a stronger compound that creates massive estrogen after a cycle.

I know it's pretty ass backward asking for this specific help like this, but my buddy posted a thread and needs advice and im not entirely sure if my advice would be helpful so i was wondering if a few of you guys with more experience could help him out a little

I told him test flu, keep hydrated, rest well and just calm down in regards to the HR since he is a worryer. I am close friends with him in real life so i will keep an eye on him and if new symptoms arise ill let you know and see if they are normal additions to the classification of serum sickness...

sounds like serum sickness to me make sure he keeps up on it and if it doesnt get better he goes to the doctor.

What type of carbs are you eating?, may I ask. Do you incorporate enough mono/poly unsaturated fats. What is your post workout meal or what do you take in general post workout? Are you workouts with big breaks or short ones?

i really enjoy cutting at a tad over maintenece with very little carbs and GDAs.

and then on off days a tad under maintence and no carbs (well very minimum)

do you wanna incorperate carbs or not in your venture to lean out?"
 
My current setup is that i'm running test-e and dbol.
40mg dbol ED
500mg test-e (250 mon/thurs)

Supps: CLA, Fish Oil, Garlic, Milk thistle, DCP, Multi, L-carnitine, L-arginine, JT-230, glutamine, cytomax, and vit-c.

Diet is high protein, moderate/low carb, Low fat. Trying to eliminate sugars but energy drinks are my main addiction... Can't resist lol.

If you want a more detailed layout of my diet let me know.

*I use maltodextrin in my postworkout shake
 
Meal1- 1/2 cup oats, 4 egg white/1 whole egg omlette with onion & peppers
Meal2- 6 oz. tuna in salad and granny smith
Meal3- 8 oz. chicken breats w/ broccoli
Meal4- 1 boiled yam, 8 oz steak or very lean ground beef
Meal5- Post workout shake 52g protein, 28g carbs (maltodextrin)
Meal6- 8 oz. chicken breats w/ broccoli
Meal7- Pre sleep 100% casein shake 48g protein

If i'm hungry in between meals i grab a nitrotech bar

Also I drink 2 gallons of water a day

Meal2- 6 oz. tuna in salad and granny smith ditch the apple and put 2 tablespoons of EVOO on the salad
Meal3- 8 oz. chicken breats w/ broccoli too much chicken (if its cooked) 6.5 ounce cooked should be enough
Meal4- 1 boiled yam, 8 oz steak or very lean ground beef 7 ounce steak 2 table spoons EVOO, mac nut oil or coconut oil, ditch the yam
Meal5- Post workout shake 52g protein, 28g carbs (maltodextrin) increase the carbs in this a tad, or use a higher molecular weight carb like waxymaize and add in leucine creatine and some Pslin then 20 minutes later have a whey protein isolate shake consisting of 35g protein
Meal6- 8 oz. chicken breats w/ broccoli add some almonds here
Meal7- Pre sleep 100% casein shake 48g protein Whey and peanut butter

your oldschool with your dieting huh?

i personally hate the low fat diet

When cutting i do not use fruits at all unless its morning only Reason being after liver glycogen is full fructose is only stored as fat.

i like the lower carb higher fat approach , i would even possibly throw in some simple sugar in the meal before the workout as well. and i would switch meal 3 and 4.

if you wanna diet plan with carbs i can show you that as well, whats your maintence calories.
 
I would like to see that one too, i like your suggestions.
Also about 3200 is maintanence for me. Currently i'm not losing much bf% (about .30% a week) but im still gaining 4-5 lbs a week... So its kinda nice

thats pretty damn awesome, if your achieveing that why change anything?

however its late ill hit this thread up in the morning with my carb cut diet (damn i wish i patented this one!!!!)
