10/30/08 - Day 25
Overview : My training is changing!! haha I knew it was going to so i'm not too surprised. Whats happening is since I am taking on a client that wants to play professional football, I have begun training for football again, haha. It happens to me anytime I change around my clients a bit. I guess it's actually for the best since no workouts really get to be TOO comfortable and my muscle confusion is at max....but the workouts I was doing were working just as well as changing up often. Who knows, maybe i'll try to stick with them...or maybe i'll succumb to the football madness and toss a jersey on
I am stuck thinking of a very popular phrase all day today. "When it rains, It pours". As things began to start looking up...down they go again. I have never been very close to my father's side of the family so it isn't effecting ME greatly, but my father's brother (my uncle) has been placed in hospice and hasn't been given much longer. What hurts me is to see how bad my father is hurting. His only real family left are his brother and his kids. It sucks. On top of that, when I got into work today they decided it was sh!t on Chuck day and people basically just took turns yelling at me for things that the AM shift did not complete before I arrived. It was one hell of a day.

I'm not even going to bother listing my nutrition for the day as I was very far under matinence...however...I made up for it by eating like CRAP when I did eat. Stupid Chuck.
